I had a great experience at Q and M Dental at the very capable hands of Dr. Peggy. Had 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted. It was quick and painless, done in just 6 minutes. She was so kind and caring the whole time and she made me feel safe. I was not scared at all thanks to her. Highly recommend Q and M Dental and Dr. Peggy!

Impromptu visit and fortunately Q&M sembawang was able to fit me in for an appointment with Dr Peggy for my wisdom tooth extraction. The doctor insist to extract 2 tooths which i think its not necessary. I only have swollen gum. I am asking for medicine only. They insist i must do X-ray, So its $80. After X-ray, doctor said i must extract 2 teeths, but my teeth is no problem, i still can eat with my teeth. She said its shaking but it is not at all. She advise for teeth scaling, i told her next time after i complete my medicine. Other nurses advise me for implants, fix fault teeth etc. Etc. They made me signed on the pricing agreement, i ask why i need to sign this. They told me It is $160, i said okay and signed, instead ask to pay $165.40 at the counter, They ask me whether i want 2 medicine for antibiotic. I ask why i can choose which? I told them i am diabetes patient and allergy to Septrim Batrim which they already have in the record. But the receptionist.... I got worried. Another nurses keeping telling me i must extract tooth, i ask do i have the choice? The Doctor told me no point taking medical. But i think at least i try to protect my teeth. After went home i still can eat with gum problem, actually my gum only a little pain. There are 4 nurses and 1 doctor at that time.

I find her to be very competent and professional and she possess a warm, friendly and patient personality. I cracked a couple of teeth last week and consulted Dr. Peggy. After some checks and x-rays, Dr. Peggy explained the options opened to me and the costs involved. I decided on an extraction. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole procedure turned out to be quick and painless – just slightly uncomfortable. But then again, I should not have been surprised because that is the quality of work that Dr. Peggy consistently delivers every time I have consulted her. The team at this branch was also very courteous and professional. Well done all.

I have been seeing Dr Peggy for more than 7 years now. Her experience, professionalism and warm demeanor instantly puts you at ease. Thoughtful and meticulous, Dr Peggy explains dental problems and gives appropriate advice. Have went for several procedures over the years such as wisdom tooth extraction, tooth fillings, scaling and polishing, dental implants. Though a little bit pricey compared to polyclinics, the waiting time and overall experience is well worth the price. Waiting time could be long for walk-ins. Highly recommended to book an appointment beforehand.
