NTUC Health Denticare (previously Unity Denticare) – Yishun (General Dental Treatments, Teeth Whitening, Dental Implants, Scaling & Polishing) - Dental Implants

Male doctor. I'm not very comfortable with a male doctor in the first place. Then the service was a little rough and fast. Got a feeling that doctor is rushing. My face is full of water after the cleaning. Clinic reception was nice btw but the service of the doctor and the assistant needs a bit more coaching on service wise.

This is feedback - little late . I got an ethical professional treatment on the spot at NTUC dental, Junction 9 for my teeth after two rounds with two well-known (well-advertised) guys in the industry. Both insist an array of treatments with a whooping sum around $2500.One of my cabby suggested to go straight to NTUC Dental and meet Dr. Jasmine. When I checked with Dr. Jasmines appointment, they helped me to get the next possible slot available but mentioned a waiting time possible too. On my visit she told me not to worry there is no need of crown or root canal now and in another hardly 10 mints time she fixed my teeth and explained with concern and patience what could be expected in future for the same teeth. I paid a very reasonable fee and came out with a heart of joy. The treatment was very gentle, and I knew no pain at all. Happy to see a doctor who still keep the respect to the vow of service with a good heart

Did not bother to pick up their phone when I called multiple times. Walked in only to find out they are fully booked until next month. Even if you are fully booked, you should pick up the call to let the customer know.

I been seeing Dr Jasmine Chua since 2017. Very caring and careful and professional and query and suggestions, advise was all well informed. In always scared of Pain and she have always been handling well and ask if i feel any pain during the cleaning, filling, extractions, dentures process. (Since then, i prefer to see her and not change Dentist) She is very friendly, chatty and always make me feel less 'scared' and forget pain. I had my denture done in 2017 by her and till today fits well. Had my filling, cleaning earlier today 22 June 2022 Great to see her again and can still recognise me. Greet, Smile, Chatty with other Patients too. Unlike seen 1 in sengkang b4 a dentist very grouchy n naggy. Staff assisting her is friendly and recept staff handle upon arrival and payment process all goes well. Thank you Dr Jasmine and Everyone there. Had a great, happy experience visit. Thumbs Up ????? Had a great cleaning session with Dr Jasmine. Fun doc who jokes a bit but very thorough and professional in cleaning. Cost was very reasonable unlike the one in Denticare AMK who charges me 50% more which I don't feel the teeth is thoroughly clean.

Loved my experience with Dr Jasmine. Very loud and clear. No spillage of water all over my face. Can tell she has skillful fingers and care for the patient (although she condemned her fingers as "fat fingers" hahahahaha)..good-sized clinic too. Very impressed.

Visited on 28/2/2022@ 10am. Registration was done by Atiqah, dentist on duty was Dr Jasmine and dental assistant goes by the name of Karen. All staff are service oriented and friendly. No hard selling. Dr Jasmine will explain what procedure she will do next before proceeding with it. Everything went smoothly and hassle free, starting from registration to the dental treatment. Overall a good dental clinic and a great experience for me

Dr Jasmine and her team made the entire visit pleasant and comforting. I had a terrible toothache (worsen overnight and painkillers didn’t relieve) and they accommodated my last minute appt. During consultation, the checks indicated that my tooth had cracked and impacted the nerve so my best solution was to do a root canal. I also had a lower wisdom tooth extraction (giving me discomfort and pus almost every other month) while at it. Overall, Dr Jasmine was very sensitive towards her patients’ pain and concerns, extremely comforting and meticulous with her work. The whole procedure was quick and pretty much painless. She would ensure that the anaesthetic shots effect were fully working before starting any procedure. During the procedures, she would constantly check on my comfort level too and ensure that I wasn’t in any sorts of pain. She would immediately stop when I feel pain/discomfort. The receptionist was very approachable and helpful. She made sure she answered my every query and was very patient is explaining to me. I would definitely visit them again for future dental problems or routine checks. Seeing how skillful and gentle Dr Jasmine is to me, I will bring my 4yo child first dental visit to her too :) Thank you NTUC Dental Yishun for the wonderful visit!
