★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to open an account. It’s located at B1. The bank is splendidly clean and there’s not much people. It’s open from 11am to 7pm even on a Sunday. Staff there are very helpful. I was served by a Financial Consultant namely Ms Mery Andani whom has a pleasant personality and well versed.
She also patiently explained to me in details about an endowment scheme by OCBC besides the new account that I’m applying. Always with a smile and confidence. The process is quick and efficient.
Thank you Mery Andani. You’re a gem in OCBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to withdraw x number (less than 10) of $1000 notes. Was informed that I must withdraw more than 10 pieces after an hour of waiting. Staffs just laughed it off instead of offering alternative solution. Is useless to place the notice at the counter instead of ticket machine. Will not visit again.

No longer a bank that I will approach for saving, loan or credit card. This is a bank expect you to clock at least $10K in order to waive your credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service there very poor. Staffs are not well known about the procedure. End up i had to go through hassle and big round to get my debit card. Don’t know the staffs are getting paid for what and not doing a single thing carefully and properly! Better go to other ocbc branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave conflicting instructions. Went to check my credit card limit. Tell me is $XXX. I asked are you sure, can you go check. Upon verification, turns out is $yyy. Online staff tell me another $ZZZZ amount previously. Queued for 45 mins on a weekday afternoon. In the end cannot check tell me go home wait for call. 24 hrs later no calls. THANKS A LOT. GREAT SERVICE. NO wonder so many people got scammed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited OCBC JEM yesterday evening while shopping at JEM. I try to update my passbook using the machine but failed. OCBC staff- Jordan Chan assisted me to update the passbook, he went to counter 5 and requested help from his colleague. During the waiting time, that counter 5 staff non stop complaining about the system that make her works stuck to another 2 OCBC staffs. The worst thing was she mentioned:" don't know why these ppl want come and update passbook, update for what?!". At the end got the name from the staff from counter 5- Ms Lai. My 1st visit to OCBC JEM and don't like this kind of unprofessional behaviour staff. Should put 1 star for OCBC JEM but staff Jordan Chan was helpful so added 1 star.

Given Queue No. Told for low priority customers. Only two counters working.
Now is 13.40 after lunch time. Only priority queue moving.
Cannot blame staff. They are struggling.
Blame the hopeless management.
They close so many branch to save cost and fill up their pocket with fat bonus.
