★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beef was surprisingly tender and rice was well executed. However, the chili is not my style hence the rating. It's more Szechuan style I feel, so quite confusing with the Japanese branding.
For almost $11 bucks in a food court, I guess I expected something more. Perhaps if they focus on beef, that would be better.
