I was purchasing a thermometer and blood pressure monitor for my mother today at the Omron showroom office at Alexandra Technopark, was greeted and served by Irene Lee, which I believed is the customer service personnel at the location.
Irene is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and I felt really comfortable seeking advice and suggestions from her. In my opinion, she has done her utmost best by hearing what the customer needs and recommending what is appropriate for the customer.
Irene is a good staff of Omron and should be valued by her employer.

You can also bring in your old Omron products in exchange for a discount of new products.

โ โ โ โ โ Small setup. Staff is very helpful, especially Romell. Goes thru the trouble shooting procedure to find the root cause. Faulty unit replaced on the spot.
The location is a bit of a pain to access though, building is a maze.
The 7600T is my second Omron product. First JPN something stopped working after a year or so. Now the 7600T BT function faulty after 6 months... lost confidence in the quality of Omron products.

โ โ โ โ โ Your service staff, Rommel and Irene Lee did their work diligently with a smile.
However, I would like to bring to Omron's attention this perennial issue of the BP monitor reading in the doctor's office, clinic or hospital is always way higher than that at home (white coat syndrome). Any technical solution?
Is it advisable to check the monitor every two years? I think it only be so, if the monitor is used maybe more than 10 times per week?

โ โ โ โ โ Called in to ask whether my machine had a problem of constantly showing a lower BP value. Call centre staff was very rude and claimed that I did not know how to use the machine properly despite me explaining my situation that I went to the doctors on different occasions and it showed a difference of 20 every time compared to the machine. The staff then proceed to fix an appointment for me so the engineer can teach me how to use instead. Was very rude and cut me off halfway to ask me to listen to her finish her sentence?
