โ โ โ โ โ The charges are high for a 5 minute consultation (paid $50+ bucks) and when I said I said I didnโt need some of the medicines prescribed, I was given the โblack faceโ by the staff. I already explained to the doctor Iโve still got some of one of the medicines he wanted to prescribe.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst clinic EVER in hougang!!! Counter staff aunty with short white hair very very very rude and arrogant. Ask her a simple question and she raise her voice to me and reply sarcastically. It happened during my walk in on 21/7/20 afternoon. Not helpfull at all waste time. Bad customer service EVER!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I have been consulting Dr Yap for many years. He is a great and friendly doctor . His morning shift counter staff are friendly too but the night shift counter staff differ alot .

โ โ โ โ โ Fair pricing for FDW examination.. but can the Auntie please be more polite to our fellow FDWs? My helper feedback to me, Auntie being rude. My helper used their bathroom, came back wanted to inform counter staff that the tap is faulty and she couldn't turn it off. She was asked to stand in queue and in return being scolded for not informing her on time - and that she said my helper had wasted their money. Unacceptable right?? During observation she spoke like this to FDWs and the rest are fairly normal. Please observe and don't discriminate our fellow foreign workers.
