β β β β β When purchasing the sales and experience is amazing. After purchasing when the chair spoils it is your own issue. Hotline will put you on hold and cut your call at 20 min mark. When you finally get to a customer service they will inform you that the chair you bought a few years back at 5k plus is no longer in production. So no repair is available. Highly do not recommend. Buy at your own risk
