★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7th March visited the clinic, sadly staff at the counter was so rude. Ignored patience while she was counting money. Clinic closes at 9.30pm but i overheard her telling a patient who walked in at 9pm with her child to come before 8.30pm. She made me fill up forms while she explained about me medication. She mixed up my medicines with my husbands somehow and upon verifying, she abruptly replied with a high pitch HUH! We have been going to this clinic for some time now and never experienced this. I was intending to complain on their website, but it showed some error so message didn’t go thru. We were unwell, this kinda service at the clinic is not acceptable at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panhealth Family Clinic Hougang is by far one of my worst clinical experience ever. I have never come across such a rude and inexperienced counter staff. She was shouting at us constantly and she showed no patience to us. She kept on saying we were giving her troubles and making her job difficult. She was also not trained in answering patient’s queries. To make matters worse, the doctor - derek did not show any care to his patient and did not bother to make any diagnosis. This will be my first and last visit. It was so disappointing to know that such clinic even exist in hougang.

One particular Receptionist is extremely rude.. "ah lian" shouldn't be working at the front desk.
Choice of words and behaviour is important when dealing with customers.
Would definitely never return due to the lack of emphathy.. paying customers/patients would at least deserve better treatment if not fair.

Finally, I've found one Family doctor at Sumang Lane.. it's way way far more better! Both doctor and the reception staff were absolutely awesome. Worth the travel!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time went. First time with hubby. This round with my baby. Where I walk in told one of the staff aunty. My daughter and hubby is seeing. I told her think 2 times my hubby came before, still ask me first time arh? I told her one first time one second time. She keep asking for birth cert. I told her I dun have, I will write down and give her. Told her the photocopy inside my phone. Cause hubby still using to enter the declaration form. She ask me to do for the baby also then ask me so the birth cert again. I told her off, u ask me do the declaration form how I going to show u my phone copy of birth cert.
Very attitude the aunty. As if I owe her like TT. Baby sick as we parents will feel frustrated already.
We came back cause hubby seeing can use company claims. We love the female Dr Yip, nice and patience. Overall the doctor is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service in Punggol. Receptionist with long hair and ponytail on Sep 1 is very rude to customer for no good reason. Please maintain a professional attitude or find another job. Employers pls take note and review your receptionist's performance as the rudeness has happened on several occasions to several ppl. Will not be going to this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited Dr Yip here for my Vaccination Side Effects. She was very thorough and patient throughout the assessment. Not sure why there were negative reviews about the receptionist. Receptionist was just curt but nothing rude about it. Would visit this clinic again if I'm not feeling well.
