β β β β β Went for dim sum. Food was generally alright but lack of freshness. The pepper salt chicken is just the soft bone with flour, lack of quality. Xiao long Bao is tasty. We donβt know hot to appreciate the βcharcoalβ egg tart as we still prefer the traditional milky crust.

I wish my house had a pool so I could pour the soup into it and bathed in the soup all day.
The staff are so kind and attentive, but most of them speak Chinese, however, please do not worry, the menu is written in English and easy to order.

β β β β β 4 stars purely for the service staff here ! Please keep all the aunties here around, theyβre absolutely amazing. Our whole meal was cooked by this auntie when she didnβt actually have to. The food wasnβt too bad, I enjoyed their wheat noodles and lobster broth was okay.

β β β β β Opted for lobster broth (comes with half a lobster, served raw) as suggested in the reviews & indeed itβs light & refreshing. The broth gets thicker towards the end.
Quality ingredients but the portion is small. Our half portion pork collar only has 4 thin slices at $14.
Overall damage: $117.
(comes with complimentary snow pear)
Lastly In terms of service, the food servers are friendly than their service crew.

β β β β β First time trying this place. Soup and ingredients quality is definitely up there. However so is the price as well. Will surely return as they offer some unique soup bases that is not usually found in other hotpot places. Service can be improved though.

β β β β β I had a great experience at this place. I was here around 830pm on a Wednesday and ordered the parent's day set menu with shark cartilage soup, it was around $98. The shark cartilage soup was really flavorful and we enjoyed it a lot. The staff were helpful. They would come by from time to time and refill the soup and clear our plates. They even helped us deshell the prawns after we cooked them. The parent's day set menu doesn't look like a lot, but we were quite full at the end of the meal. They close at 10pm and handed us the check around 930pm.
