★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly pet lovers and patient groomers they are. Brought my rabbit for grooming at the pet-shops before, and usually she will be stressed up by the dogs around and doesn't want to co-operate with the groomer. This time I engaged the groomers on the wheels for rabbit grooming at the comfort of our home, and she was well handled by lexis. No stress and the rabbit almost falling asleep in their hands while trimming. Thank you very much and will definitely be looking forward to more services by grooming studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi! I sent two of my cats for grooming, i have been searching for affordable and trustworthy groomers as my cats are quite shy to new people and surroundings.
I sent them recently and the ambience makes me feel comfortable and also my cats were comfortable too.
They advised me the rates and even check theirr nails to ensure they are okay, i gave my cats full grooming and i must say I'm happy with their professionalism and friendly attitude.
Definitely coming back and will recommend this to my family and friends.

Why I chose Grooming Studio is because they have been very professional in handling my pets and makign sure my cats are comfortable and also at ease.
Their charges are like the current market but its something i don't mind paying knowing my pets are well taken care of.
I highly recommend them to any of you.
P.s they might reply you abit later but rest assured your enquiries will be answered as whenever i send them over they always have other customers but fret not.. Waiting time is not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is so friendly and she took care of my rabbit so gently. Gave him a beautiful trim and bath. More importantly she went extra mile to send me and my daughter home out of good will. Without thinking this through, I rode my bike with my toddler and rabbit to the shop. It was hot and bumpy. The owner noticed my rabbit had teary eyes, probably from the bumpy ride. She offered to send us home for rabbit and my baby’s safety. We are really grateful ❤️ You have a customer for life :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was originally angry when I first wrote the review as there was a misunderstanding with the owner, but we resolved it mutually and respectfully.
The owner is very responsible for the pets under her care, and when I first send my cat he looked so wild and unkempt, but now he looks very neat and well-groomed. The owner has even managed the difficult task of dematting my cat, so for that alone I would highly recommend the place for anyone with matting issues with their cats!
Just note that the messages might not reply in a timely manner as I understand that the owner is mostly doing the grooming by herself and another assistant and they might be too preoccupied to answer. Otherwise, I trust their care enough that I will bring my cat again next time he needs grooming!
