PAVC (beauty world) team is the best! The vets and the paraprofessionals truly care for your pet. They would go the extra mile to make you and your beloved pet feel comfortable. It means a lot, especially when your beloved pet isn't doing well. So big thank you to the team!

I have been recommended to Pets Avenue by my colleague when my puppy, Teddy, needed to see a vet urgently in December 2021. We saw Dr Carol. She is really an awesome vet. She attended to Teddy caringly and provided lots of guidance and advice to my parents and I on how to look after Teddy well and the calories intake Teddy needs as this is our first time owning a pet-puppy. Dr Carol is really very approachable, patient and professional. Dr Carol has been Teddy's vet since then. Teddy loves her alot. We like Dr Carol too and are very impressed by her love for animals. All the staff at Pets Avenue are awesome and friendly too. They will attend to my texts and queries without fail. They are very caring as well, will text me to follow up after each visit to Dr Carol. Staff like Abby, Janelle, Sharon and YJ are really commendable. I am so impressed with Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic (Beauty World) that I don't mind the long journey there, as we live in the East. The vets provide professional advice based on the need and the well-being of the animals brought to them and WILL NOT make use of the ignorance of the owner and prescribe tests after tests just to reap procedural fees with no concern of the stress the tests have on the animals unlike some other vet clinics (not to mention their names). The vet technicians are always friendly towards the owners and caring towards the animals. The front desk staff are always timely in reminding the owners on the appointments, and on the replenishment of any medications or prescribed diets before they run out. The management is also gracious towards the community cats by offering good discounts when they are brought in for treatment. The collective experience with Pets Avenue is that they can be trusted with your pets.

I bring my comm cat + own cat here, and I’ve also referred this place to many of my friends as their second opinion vets (some eventually switched here as their primary vet) The vets, vet techs, and receptionists are some of the most patient and loving people I’ve met. I’ve been to vets where it’s a very clinical and cold process, but PAVC is genuinely a group of people who really care for the animals that they come across - you can see it in the way they interact with the animals! The vets are loving and very methodical with their approach when it comes to diagnosing what’s wrong with your animal. Vet techs are ever so patient, gentle, and warm. Receptionists are super responsive and understanding, and they always go the extra mile!

Last Friday, we had an emergency situation with our cat, Snuggles. He was breathing quickly and the team originally had no slots but we asked for a walk in and they very kindly accommodated us despite a full schedule. Throughout the 1.5 day ordeal, the vets (Dr Joceyln, Dr Jon and Dr Carol), vet techs and receptionists were empathetic, kind, and patient. They gave us regular updates through calls and would let a huge group of us take turns to visit Snuggles in the inpatient hospital. Unfortunately, Snuggles passed 1.5 days later but this was due to an underlying rare cancer that had not been detected. When our baby passed suddenly on Saturday at 8pm, they let us visit and stay with him for 1.5 hours and helped made preparations with the memorial company as we were struggling with the loss. Dr Jon stayed to speak with us and assured us Snuggles had not been in pain before passing. My husband and I really appreciate that everyone treated us with kindness & empathy, they did not demand we return to the clinic to pay the bill ASAP. Giving us time to grief and come to terms with our recent loss. The clinic also very kindly initiated and intercepted an overseas lab test to help us waive the cost. To be honest, we were not functional at that point of time and money is/was the last thing on our mind. Dr Carol also later took the time to explain Snuggles' underlying cancer & condition when his scans came back, assured us that even had he lived through that night, treatment for this condition had a high mortality rate. It brings us comfort that in his final moments, Snuggles was with people who genuinely cared about improving his condition.

Came here on quick notice after my ah meow experienced bleeding on her bum. I initially called in the evening but all appointments were full, but was lucky to get an available time the next morning. The staff were friendly, and Dr Ginnie is great! She really makes you feel like she has time for your pet and addressed our questions with patience and detailed answers. Would recommend to any pet owner, thanks to everyone at Pets Avenue!

Thank you Dr Ginnie for the advice and knowledge shared to me and my wife for our first time visit to a vet. This is our first fur baby and really appreciate the assurance that Dr Ginnie give with regards to our cute and pretty ChiCha ?. Really like the way she was handled and treated at the clinic. Wonderful service and care for our cats. Dr Ginnie was very warm and friendly, making sure we were well-informed as first-time cat owners. She asked us if the cats went outdoors and checked if we knew how to do leash training. We could sense that she loves caring for the animals and our cats. She wasn't just going through the motions for sure though we were just there for a general check-up! Our cats felt very comfortable with her and the vaccinations and medication were done in a breeze! Also love the convenient online booking system and confirmation via text and email. Thumbs up for Pets Avenue!
