Follow my friend to this vet. The staffs are unfriendly and they cannot accept any criticism. Very unprofessional and rude. If they can’t treat human being nicely and with respect. I don’t expect them to treat pet nicely too.

My dogs have been with this vet clinic for as long as 16 years for their yearly vaccination and I've also just went to register my newly 2 adopted pet dogs here as well. No other vet clinics I will recommend if you stay nearby here. This is the place to bring your pets over. Tortoise also can. They've saved my beloved star tortoise as well! I remembered my dogs long term friendly vet doctor as Dr Daphne Ang. She's is a very caring, gentle with vaccination and experienced senior vet. The pricing are very transparent. The receptionists at the counter also very knowledgeable and friendly. We will be prompted with a sms when the yearly vaccination is due for our dogs. Value added service. They used to have a very friendly Indian guy staff who handles my very fierce Labrador retriever without any problem. Anyway, all the staff there makes you feel comfortable and at ease bringing your pets here for them to check.

My pet suddenly collapsed and I called up the clinic. I rushed there immediately and the whole team is already on standby. The team is compassionate and professional. They continued to update me on the situation and tried their best to resuscitate my pet for more than 20mins. When my pet couldn’t be revived, they gave lotsa time together to say goodbye.

Dr Sophia Ke is the most useless vet I’ve ever met. Loud, disorganized, my dog with 3 broken carpal bones was waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room for her to say that she needs to refer to Landon and is unable to do anything for her. She dismissed us and got her staff to tell us to sign a form that we opted to go elsewhere. She did not administer painkillers right away until I prompted. What an awful experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If you have a dog I really don't advise going here. I had previously brought my dog to Vet Practice since we got him at 4 months as a puppy (he is now nearly 1 year old and we have since switched vet). The most recent experience was what pushed us to finally change vets. Our dog has ringworm, and was diagnosed at this vet. We have to give credit to Dr Sophia Ke for her correct diagnosis even though the ringworm had atypical presentation. However, what happened following that was really poor medical service. Dr Ke ordered a test for ringworm (to confirm her suspected diagnosis). When we called the vet to follow up on the results of the test, the practice said that Dr Ke was on medical leave and that they did not know the results. They could however ask another doctor to read the test. Dr Ng ended up reading the results and said that the test was not for ringworm, but for "fungus generally" and yes it was positive. We asked if the treatment for fungus generally was the same as for ringworm and Dr Ng said yes. Subsequently we brought our dog back to see Dr Ang for a review after two weeks and she said that the test was specifically for ringworm. On our second review with Dr Ang, my mother had asked for another ringworm test to determine if after 4 weeks of treatment our dog was still infected. Three days later, our dog had diarrhoea and vomit so I brought him back to see Dr Ang. I asked Dr Ang if the ringworm test results were ready and she denied that we had asked for a test to be done. She instead claimed that my mother had insisted for the test to be deferred to 6 weeks. It was only after 15 minutes of back and forth and getting my mother on the phone with her to tell her that we had receipts to show for it that Dr Ang then said she "remembered wrongly" and was "reading the wrong records of another dog". We felt really uneasy about the quality of the treatment and care, so we have since gone to another vet. Other mistakes that the vet practice had made apart from that incident include the practice recording the wrong date of birth in the dog's data, not recording his vaccination records (although these were all presented to the practice when we registered the dog), more than once forgetting to dispense medication that the vet said they would give to the dog.

Dr Ang and team are professional and handled my hamster really well. I can tell they were experienced and genuinely tried their best to help the little one. Fees are really affordable as well. Thank you for taking care of Eevee.

Got a slot in this clinic on a very short notice. Dr. Ang took the symptoms serious and ordered blood test and x-ray. She also helped to secure a slot for an ultrasound for the next day. Overall I’m very happy with the treatment and my dog is much better now.
