i met Dr. Prithiba for a full health check on my hamster, also i had an urgent concern so. i was told there'd be a fee if you're late, but the irony is i had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time. i wanted to go somewhere else but there were no slots so i decided to go with her. but upon seeing my hamster, she didn't even touch it to do the health check. she just said it looks ok so it should be fine. and prescribed antibiotics. and said it was up to me whether i wanted to use it or not. luckily i didnt use it and followed my gut to visit the vet, i originally wanted, recommended by hamster society singapore. i can say i can fully trust that doctor and they even mentioned on their own, without me asking, that they prefer not to prescribe hamsters with antibiotics unless necessary. and they reassured me with the health check -- picking my hamster up and checking its ears, body, cleaning his scent gland and so on. didnt suggest medicine. not trying to ruin the mood but i felt it was necessary to leave this feedback so improvements can be made, and it's for owners to know as well. have a good night!

Extremely professional and friendly staff and vets. Felt that my cat was always in safe hands and they had very good knowledge of the pets they are handling.

Called them to make an appointment, full booked! Told us If wan walk in can need to additional cost $70! Fine we paid! My dog already 2day never eat they say eat medicine see, some 3 4 days OK some weeks but this not confirm. But should be not serious till will say bye bye!!!! Next time my dog pass away!!! I won't recommend anyone to go this place if your dog are sick!!!!

Brought my Yorkie here for accupuncture as per vet recommendation to try natural / alternative methods as the medicines that can prescribed causes strain to her liver - to which she is already her weakness. Overall great experience and the doctors and staff are patient and caring. Appointment is a highly recommended and call if you plan to walk-in and they usually do their best to accommodate

My first pet parrot underwent a surgery at the cost of $700 to amputate the feet. And the vet just discharged my parrot saying I can bring back if there was a necessity. I was told to just clean and bandage the wound and no real need for any followup. A few months later, when I called for an avian vet appointment I was told that it was full for that day and asked to walk in but needed to be charged extra for that. I was ok to do it but when I got to the clinic, it was obvious that there was just one or two cases before me and then I went in and my parrot was prescribed some medication. Noticed that there was no one else and they were preparing to close and I was quite confused with their claim that their clinic was already fully booked. It took ages for the medicine to be discharged and when I asked for the syringe to feed the medication to my parrot I was told that I can purchase it from Guardian. I told the receptionist that it was not possible for me go looking for the syringe at that hour and asked if I could buy from her. I was reluctantly given one after I paid so much for my parrot to see the vet. I told myself that it will be the last time to ever step into a clinic where the service is one of the most expensive and worst I have encountered so far.

Good services for the past 2 times I brought my cat for vaccination. Tomorrow will bring him for sterilisation. Price is ok. And booking for appt is a breeze. I just go online and fill details. Shortly after, they will call me for confirmation. 20th March 2022 Booked online for my Cat Annual Vaccine and new kitten 1st vaccine. Dr Clarise Yeo is so lovely and gentle. Explained clearly on both cat's health and suggestion for their condition. The total cost was acceptable with medicines, immune tablets, deworming and vaccination. Within my budget. I like coming here as booking online is a breeze. They always call me shortly after. Though they did tell me to be punctual if not there will be extra cost for lateness. I totally understand that. I just need to leave home early and plan my time properly. The clinic assistants were lovely too. They remind me about dos and don'ts just like when I am sick and visiting the clinic. 1. Was I the only one who was told to pay first before I can check the receipt? I was told that the clinic doesn't allow paywave with payment under $100, they should've paste a note on their wall at least instead of, "you don't know???" Kind of manner from the Indian lady with red line in between her forehead. 2. The same person who raised her voice at me when I was not knowledgeable enough to know that kittens are not allow to get vaccinated when they are "sneezing". If I knew all these so well, why do I even need to come to the vet like seriously?

Thank Mew Island Vet for agreeing to see my furbaby at the last min req! It was easy to get through to the Jurong outlet and they went the extra mile to slot Myra in when they heard she is down with the flu.. Registering Myra at the counter was a breeze & i love the simple yet calming vet space!
