Best fishball noodles in my neighbourhood! My family and I have been regular customers for over 2 decades and counting! I can’t find anywhere that can duplicate the taste... ! They are my no 1 fishball noodles to go stall in SG!

Quality has dropped tremendously ever since it became a franchise. Would not recommend. Taste very different from the old recipe. Not cooked by the original owners anymore.

PGFN refers to Pandan Gardens Fishball Noodles. It was founded on 1st March 1982 by a couple, Mr and Mrs Seow. Till now, the business has gone through 3 generations of the customer at their original coffeeshop at Pandan Gardens. If you do not know, PGFN is serving Laksa as well as Fishball Noodles at one of the corners in the coffee shop and they have a few branches throughout the years. To name it, their Flag Ship stall is actually located in Keat Hong CC, operating 24 hours since 15th April 2017 with a casual and affordable air-conditioned environment. Other branches are located in Punggol and Bukit Batok West. Signature Fishball Minced Meat Noodles come with a mixture of fish dumpling, minced meat, slices of fish cake and fishball. Signature Fishball Minced Meat Noodles 招牌鱼圆肉脞面 - $3 / $4 / $5 Comparing this Signature Fishball Minced Meat Noodle to the popular chains of fishball noodles that I had, the taste cannot get any worse. It's still packed with a full of Asian taste, or rather a staple dish that we normally seen here in Singapore. We preferred to explore something more than just fishball noodles and had the mushroom minced meat noodle. Mushrooms were well braised and definitely the meatballs together with minced meat sums up an average bowl of noodle. Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle 香菇肉脞面 - $3.50 / $4.50 / $5.50 The taste was inviting, nothing to complain about. Fish cakes were our side orders and really complemented well with our bowls of noodles. Personally, I find that the standard of fishball noodle won't lose out to any popular fishball noodles franchises/branches/chains in Singapore.

The reason why I gave this stall 2 stars is not because the noodles are bad, but because it failed to live up to the standard of the original stall that was once situated in the inner coffer of this very small and obscure coffeeshop. The noodles and ingredients are decent. But alas, it's pretty normal. I will say only eat this if there is no other options in the area from long queues when one passes by.

Really bad experience after the old owner no longer here, worker attitude are worst, take packing order in the morning and can't cope with the walk in customer still take order but only say wait(nvr tell customer wait how long, only said at least 15mins aft ask). Early morning working adult are all rushing to work, who can afford to wait at least 15mins? Request for refund but the stall worker said cannot refund after order, damn good stall, i have to give a treat for this 2 worker 2 bowl of PGFN and walk away nothing after paying. Will never come back any more, worst stall. The one star have no choice but need to give, or else should be zero bcos pay money eat nothing!

There was a piece of twisted metal wire in the noodle. Long and sharp enough to get caught in the throat or intestine if swallowed. Unacceptable standard.

Always ordered the noodles via food delivery. Standard will vary sometimes especially the ingredients given. Generally still tasty.

Had this for lunch on 19 May 2022, and the noodles is very springy to the bite.. the soup is very tasty, not overly salty.. fishballs are bouncy also.. just that the add on dishes are expensive. $1.50 per piece of addon fishcake is pricey
