Waiting time fast. Nurses are friendly. But the downside was there is no notice paste on the rear door. Apparently i waited for 30mins till a cleaner told me that is not the main entrance. Should have paste a notice there or switch the signaged lights.

Very Bad experience.. show 08.30 open but instead staff came at 08.45am. We consider its open then .. when we entered the premises staff told us the the clinic still closed she highlighted that the door still closed you are not supposed to come in yet..(attitude that we can't take it..) What..!! So we decided to cancel our Vaccination even our appointment at 09.00 with this kind of attitude.. I will not take chances to take Vaccination there although we purposely took leave today

Came here on appointment for vaccination. Good/low waiting time. Dr Lim is friendly and professional. Clinic could have improve on it lightings. Seems dark and gloomy. Staffs sounds rude.

Don’t think about going to this clinic people. Both staff & doctor are extremely rude. I’ve never met a very rude doctor like that in my life. He don’t want to consult me for another issues I’m facing and when I said that I’m already here why can’t he consult me? He got annoyed and consulted me roughly. Told him to stop and just give me the MC. Worst doctor ever!!!!!! You shouldn’t have become a doctor in the first place, if you don’t have the care & sympathy towards your patients..

Accompanied my friend to this clinic for vaccination appointment. I had an appointment booked on 03052022, on Hari Raya. I was well aware it was a public holiday, but HealthHub allowed me to book a slot at 1900hrs anyway. On google, clinic did not mention that they were going to be closed for the holiday. So we proceeded to the clinic and realised that it is closed. There seemed to be a problem either with the HealthHub booking system or the clinic itself. Following that, we booked an appointment for 04052022 for 1900hrs yet again. Arrived at the place at 1905hrs thinking we were running late. 1. Staff was rude from the start and was not helpful at all. 2. Was told that there are 3 people waiting in front of us when I booked for 1900hrs. Meaning that 1900hrs appointment does not mean you get vaccinated at 1900hrs but between your booked time frame to the next. 3. The doctor arrived late at 1935hrs. I questioned if his clinic was opened at 1930hrs instead. He confirmed that it is open at 1900hrs, but we "should arrive later". 4. A woman came into the clinic, unmasked and coughing. But no measures was put in place to remind her to put on her mask, and she was allowed to walk across the entire clinic. 5. Mobile data in the clinic is non-existent. Unable to even scan the QR code for declaration that the staff herself insisted we submit. I asked for wifi but she refuse to provide. 6. Clinic looks dirty and run down and honestly does not provide reassurance for my health. Overall, please do not come to this clinic for your vaccination. You deserve better.

amazing doctor and efficient process. registration by nurses is fast. doctor is actually concerned and compassionate towards patients. came for gastric alongside vaccine. very helpful and short waiting time. booster shot didnt feel like anything as compared to at CCs

- Long waiting and processing time even though there was not many patients awaiting to see the doctor. - Was down with stomach flu and having a slight fever. Arranged to go up the clinic and to visit the doc at other entrance. No proper sitting arrangement while awaiting for the doc. - Staff was overall not the friendliest, and even got my name wrongly registered and indicated in the MC.

Visited few times over the years. Good, caring and experienced doctor. Helpful staff. There's a back door on one end of the clinic and an entrance on the other end, which I forget sometimes. The clinic's not actually closed. Went for booster shot recently, no pain at all during injection.
