β β β β β Beware of nasty add-ons and bill shock!
When they ask "quickdry?" they actually mean it will cost another $5 for a quickdry solution which is NOT disclosed upfront. They did disclose other upfront charges like 2nd colour (another $5) upfront. Place is nice, spacious and clean but not value for money
I did a classic pedi & express mani. Classic pedi looks great but express mani just looked uneven n patchy after a few days!

β β β β β This used to be located on Lvl 3 in a posh looking shop. It has recently relocated to Lvl 2, and I got a rude shock when I found the staff in new grey-pink polo-tee uniform. I don't mean to be condescending but from the outside of the shop, it looked like management hired foreign domestic workers to carry out manicure services. I thought the old uniform which was a simple black apron with PINC in diamante looked much classier. The new interior of the shop looked less posh compared to the old outlet. You would say the colours were more practical (brown and grey), and less whimsy, princess-y than the old location (tiffany blue/pink). You would also soon realise the noisy sound of the air-conditioning, instead of some cool pop music playing over the speakers like in the old shop... The service was as good as before, thanks to the old team of staff, but the experience was really quite different. The only plus point at this new location was the massage chair....

β β β β β I love PINC and have been a customer at Northpoint for more than 10 years. The shop recently moved from a posh pink at level 3 to a dull gray at level 2. And worse, all the lovely pretty ladies now have to wear an ugly gray polo shirt that make them all look so unglam when previously they could wear their own style. I hope mgt will allow them to look professional their own way, rather than a uniform look which does not suit the brand. Also the design of the new shop does not seem to have much thought put in. The feet dryer has no space to dry comfortably for clients & the poor staff have to keep bending to get their tools on the floor. Such bad design!
