★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my dog down to get spayed, the vet and nurses were very kind and helpful.
They are very knowledgeable and explained the entire process from taking blood test to the surgery and post surgery care.
They took care of my dog well and the surgery was successful. The medications were well explained and they have provided a good and thorough service for me and my pet. Definitely would recommend this clinic to everyone.
Cheers to the friendly and kind vet and nurses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware: the receptionist called Clara is very rude, arrogant and talks down to you. She refuses to take messages for the vet and staff. She even refused to make an appointment even though it has been booked earlier by her staff. The owner of this clinic should check their receptionist service or record and screen calls to check how appalling calls were handled. This clinic service deserves zero star. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best vet clinic in the west! I have come here since 2016 for the care of my dog, little snowy. The nurses and vet staff are very friendly, helpful and professionals. The place is clean and well kept. Special thanks to Dr Harli, one of the best vets I have seen in sg. Very kind, helpful and empathetic vet. She provides clear and concise info, lays out options and plans well, and always puts the health and well-being/emotions of your pet front and center in her care and practice. Thanks point vet!

She really went extra miles to help pawrents understand the diagnosis and our cats feel really comfortable with her around. THANK YOU to Dr Hali and the Point Vet Team for being so friendly. :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managed to book for a last minute appointment for my cat's sterilisation. They seemed very busy, I had to wait awhile. The staffs are friendly and very patient with explaining my cat's wellbeing and the procedure. ?

She is patient, and gives very detailed explanation for us pawrents to better understand the condition. She has a lot of empathy too which really made me feel safe that my pup is in good hands. Thank you for being so comforting. It means a lot to us. The nurses called in the next day to follow up as well. ❤️
