★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They squeezed us in despite a very packed Sat morning. Vet was very experienced in handling small hamsters and checked Hammy thoroughly and lovingly. Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to have a vet nearby in the neighbourhood considering how pet-unfriendly Singapore is when it comes to public transport (stereotyping all of them as aggressive or hostile to strangers as the excuse for banning them from public transport). We have way too many idiotic restrictions here on pets that contradict scientific evidence and hinder responsible pet ownership.
Appointment slots are a bit hard to snag though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a stray rescue kitty with a broken leg. While doctor was good enough to did 2.xray, she did not have ability to perform any surgery and had to send us away.
Luckily the cat now named as Mikan is safe after a reconstruction surgery from another Vet Dr Lye at Animals Wellness with support from local animal welfare activist (Min).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who will expect any clinics to type out and email you the checkup review? I didn’t. Surprised to receive a detailed list together with the invoice in my email, definitely recommended. Awesome aftercare service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really loved the experience given by Dr Kris & her staff... she was so caring & passionate about her work with my rabbit, explaining to me in thorough details pre-op, the op process & even post-op care... i learnt so much just by listening to her...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star to Dr. Kris Koh who is kind and professional. She is so kind to disburse some prescription to my hamster after learning that my pet is easily stressed. Even though after I have cancelled the surgical appt.
Highly recommended vet affinity!!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kris and her team have shown great patience and care to our little one. Her handling and skill with our rabbit has been fantastic. Post consultation reports are detailed and their client portal is certainly comprehensive in listing medication issued and usage/dosage. Highly recommended for all parents of furkids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The veterinarians there are fantastic, but getting an appointment is quite difficult. Kitten vaccinations should be completed within one month, but due to appointments being filled all of the time, this is not possible, and I will need to schedule another shot when my kitten's immunization expires. The staff is pleasant, however the last time I went there, despite having an appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes. Hope this can be improved as like i mentioned all the staff there are nice and i have nothing against them. :)
