Oasis Vet Clinic - 15 Venus Rd

Friendly staff with good knowledge on how to help my dog recover! As a reminder, always get a second opinion if offered a worse case diagnosis. It may not be as serious as the vet thinks!

Both my partner (Agnes) and I are very impressed with Dr Eunice's composure and understanding of dog behavior. She is the first doctor that did not sedate Shubi (mongrel, 34kg) and successfully physically examined her and even drew out some fluids from a lump on his back. We were blown away! She did it without being flustered and fear-stricken. Mind you, Shubi was snapping, barking and lunging several times while Eunice was performing the examination. All the staff in Oasis has got a temperament that is calm and attentive. "Bedside" manners were all round professional and clear, without being overly technical or verbose. The examination was thorough and the whole experience was a sense that "we are in the right hands," and "the professionals here really know what they are doing, and they are customer focused." I have not given a testimonial to all the vets throughout the 11 years of Shubi life, only paid jaw-dropping fees. This time, I was compelled to do so. I hope more people will read what I've shared here and be fully reassured.

The recep people who pick up calls are always polite and helpful. This is important, as often times calling a vet clinic already means the pet owner is worried, panicked or worse, confused. Having a polite and helpful person answering any enquiries really makes a difference. Dr Eunice Chan is a very caring, kind and knowledgeable vet. She always makes time to listen, and she is detailed in her explanation. My cats (Cupcake & Chocolat who have since crossed the rainbow bridge, ChupaChuppe, Diamond & Pumpkin) are all comfortable whenever she needs to draw blood for their check up, or when they are unwell. She is very gentle in her mannerisms and affectionate too, which explains why any animal brought to her feel calm, and trusting too. When I called the clinic to seek her opinion on another of my cats (Kinkie), she knew she wasn't able to treat her yet she took the time to explain what she thought of the diagnosis and even advised where I would be able to seek help from (an Internal Medicine Vet, as my cat was gravely ill then and crossed the rainbow bridge on 21 March 2022).

Really great experience with Dr Nair, she really was very calm and understanding and her explanation was so clear and also the nurse’s there are all friendly and very patient with explaining to me the details on the medication. Really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend to any paw parents out there ! You will not be disappointed:)

Our visits to Oasis Vet have been pleasant to date. Our cat Uta is usually afraid of strangers, but Dr Eunice is able to handle and manage him so well. Her explanation of his condition and next step action are very detailed and clear. Dr Eunice is also very patient listening to and adressing our queries. You can tell that she loves pets by the way she handles them. As the owner, I feel safe that my cat is in her care.

We brought our dog here for a visit - appreciated the care and concern Dr Nair showed to our dog, she asked thoughtful questions and was very welcoming. It was a good experience that we'll be bringing our cat for his routine check up soon! Thank you!

Dr Eunice and staff were all very professional, friendly and patient in handling my cat who isn't used to being handled. What I really appreciated was the follow-up messages and call when I had more enquiries. Their sincere service gives me confidence to bring my cat there again in future.

We always bring our resident cat and foster kittens to Oasis Vet ! And the experience has always been pleasant ! Dr Nair and Dr Eunice are always very fun to talk with and all of my foster kittens are always calm when meeting them !
