★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in at 8am, no queue. Registration was fuss free and doctor (locum) was patient and explained my symptoms clearly. He was also thorough in checking and talked me through my medications. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I had our preflight depature test done at this clinic. Our experience was really good.
Our doctor was Dr Wang Yin Chu, and when adminstering the test he was gentle with us. But when it came to our daughter who was 2y11m he was exceptional. He made her calm first and did the test quickly. While she cried a little bit as is expected with a young child, he was super gentle and patient with her.
Initially we were super worried about our daughter having the PCR test done at all, but we had such a good experience with this doctor that we wouldnt hestitate to have it done by him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my son here on two separate visits and he was seen by two different doctors. The first doctor was ok but he doesn't seem to know how to handle kids or just don't bother but overall still alright. I don't recall his name though. The second doctor is very nice and turns out to be the same doctor as mentioned in an earlier review - Dr. Wang Yinchu. Very patient and he tried to give my son a sticker to distract him before conducting tests. Any parents will know it's not easy to bring a toddler to doctor and such gesture by the doctor is very much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will try not to come again. Kid was seen by a locum doctor who has some attitude for no reason and does not seem to care. Consultation was not as helpful. Three stars for the nurse though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is not a easy work . In SG we can’t slap a customer cannot scold them bad word so the customer throw stationary things no wrong ? The nurse kick stationary things wrong ? We must not think customer is always right . If the customer throw money is better , why throw stationary things ? They will pain also . No worry nurse you got my support . Is not easy to work as a customer service . Stay positive. I will shout at the customer until he shut up . Please tell me that miss nurse you never show attitude to the customer ? I am supporting you cause I hate this type of customer. Pity the son if mother angry will throw him .
