★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the wide variety of bread (including cheesy and savoury options), and the pizzas in Proofer Boulangerie.
I never expected to find affordable bread in this bakery, but I did. I picked a Pandan Otah, Parmesan Cheese, Anpan and Garlic Parmesan, none of which were above $1.70.
Shall get my breakfast from this bakery next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. Purchased two buns, cashier told me total is $7.40. I asked $7.40 for just two buns? She didn’t say anything and just glared at me. Then I saw that the screen says $3.40. Seriously? You said the wrong price and still want to be rude? Also told her I don’t need plastic carrier because i already have an eco bag which she saw earlier. Still passive aggressively packed the buns in the plastic bag. I just removed the buns from the plastic bag, put in my own bag and left. Next time i’ll just purchase from Bread Talk next door.

Ordered the signature pizza at the counter but both the cashier at the counter who served me stared at me and started giggling seems like there’s no such dishes on their pizza menu. I then went to check the pizza menu and confirmed there’s this pizza called “Proofer’s Signature” so I reordered for a second time. The male cashier gave me a “blur” expression before he asked the female cashier which is the signature pizza. The female cashier seems like not interested in serving her customer. she knew which is the signature pizza but she just stood there and stared at me during my first order and only told the other cashier which is the pizza I wanted during my reordering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a slice of Hawaiian pizza from Proofer at Clementi Mall. Female cashier was extremely rude. I asked for “one slice of Hawaiian, please” then she confirmed “Hawaii ah” in a very loud voice. Then I was unsure where to collect the pizza after paying so I walked to the place where the pizzas were displayed, but then the cashier rudely told me to go back to the counter and was like “don’t walk here walk there” and was muttering something under her breath.
Only upside - pizza was damn good , strongly rrcommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the bread taste was really nice and fresh. We frequently buy as it’s convenient to us. I like that there is a huge variety or bread, cakes, pastries and pizza. My child likes the bread ?
