You can partial W/D when youβre in need. Meaning I sold some worth of my N units. Time to time we all need help. ?

β β β β β The customer service is excellent! The waiting time is very short, as I had made appointment online. The waiting area is posh. And it reminds me of being in a high end hotel lounge. The staff is helpful and friendly. The ambience of this place is calming and relaxing. I don't mind having a cup of coffee while waiting! Unfortunately, due to safety measure, the coffee dispenser ceased to operate!

β β β β β Basically they are scammers. They sell you a policy and then click the auto renew box online so you have to pay for another year. It really is nothing short of an horrific scam. My experience with this disgraceful company and unethical approach and practices was in Singapore: we had no idea they had renewed on our behalf and we had another policy once the one with prudential expired. I doubt this practice is legal. But be very very careful dealing with this company.

β β β β β Need improvement. I had to call 3 times to get an appointment with Prudential insurance agent. No follow-up once we fill-in details online enquiring health insurance. It took me around 2 weeks to get an appointment with insurance agent however agent was quick to enroll me and my family for health insurance within 2 days.

β β β β β Met Mr Naseer Khan through the ticketing system at Prudential Customer Service Centre early June this year. He is a familiar face at Prudential and he has always given me a very good impression of being so kind, helpful, thoughtful, patience and knowledgeable. During this visit he gave professional advice regarding claims and policiesβ paperwork. He provided professional information, highlighted important points with colour pens and jotted down points on a paper so that he could give clear clarification. He is really sincere as he would patiently listen to you and give encouraging advice.Truly appreciate what he did, namely, his hard work, dedication in giving his best effort, sincerity and kindness.
