Super friendly and paid full attention.
Although there were some issues with making payment at the end as I wanted to use the KrisPay voucher, she was very patient and went out of her way to solve my problem.
I have had other negative experiences where they could not be bothered to help me and made me feel like it was my fault holding up the line.
5 star customer service experience overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puma is my favorite. I believe they never disappoint. Although, I went there to look for a shoe I found at Puma, Vivocity, but couldn't find. Do not have huge collection but still fine.
