★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Su Wee Tan, you're the best! Got a crown, filling, scaling and polishing done, all of which was such a pleasant and pain free experience due to her skills and experience. She took her time to explain before proceeding anything. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and I cannot recommend her enough. Definitely my go to dentist in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harrowing experience with a particular Dr. J this afternoon. Did not make an appointment with this particular dentist but was informed of the change last minute. Not sure if I got the same version of the dentist that everyone else was raving about. Dentist was definitely not patient or comforting - more condescending/offensive. I was very bluntly told to go elsewhere and get laughing gas as part of the treatment. Okay.... Had requested to do polishing & scaling but not sure if I got the full treatment as I was out of the clinic in 10 minutes - too flustered to ask about it, claimable by company's insurance anyway.

Jessica was incredibly professional, personable, efficient and has given me the best clean ever.
I will be recommending her to everyone I know. I would not hesitate going to Q&M if this is their excellent quality of employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jessica is friendly, patient and careful. I had my extraction and teeth whitened by her. She gives thoughtful advice and explains the process thoroughly. My wisdom teeth extraction and teeth whitening were not painful due to her skills and advice. She makes my visit to the dentist a pleasant one. Thank you Dr Jessica!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Dr Au Yong Ke Wei, he's the best! I was really nervous during the wisdom tooth surgery, but his professionalism and dedication put me at ease and I know that I could trust him fully with the procedure.
I am really thankful for his kindness and patience throughout the process. He's my favourite dentist so far, and will definitely look for him in the future! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor Jessica was very patient and gentle with me as I have sensitive gums. Maybe if I didn't have to ask if I have any other issues it would assure me better as well. However their receptionist did not give off a friendly or approachable demeanor at all. It's the reason why I will only rate 4 stars. Hoping for improvement the next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sterilization charge 60% increase out of nowhere, staff unable to explain why. Dubious business practices.
Otherwise, the branch is nicer than most neighborhood ones, with a large and comfortable waiting area.
The dentist was friendly and professional throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a dental emergency due to a broken tooth. Had to call several clinic on a Saturday evening 6.30pm. Extremely hard to get any clinic which are open or opened but doctor left. Q&M at PLQ was able to squeeze me in despite having a very tight schedule. Kudos to the receptionist Mary, Dr Christine Chai and staff! Best still, they continue to serve me with a smile. I sincerely appreciate it! Well done.
