Q & M Dental Surgery (Yew Tee)

Yesterday I went to Q&M (Yew Tee point) to have my tooth surgery. I was scared and nervous but Dr Edward made the experience good. Dr Edward and his assistant always made me comfortable , his professional skill made my treatment so great and keep me knew what he was doing during the whole process.I have total nine teeth extracted at the end of the day instead of two surgery.Thanks Dr Edward and his assistant , not to forget the dentists and receptionists were so friendly and welcoming . Hightly recommend DR Edward.

Dr Jennifer is highly skilled, competent & patient. Admin staff Shah is very helpful & friendly. Very happy at my first visit!

He has also given clear and direct advice as well as reassurances before, during and after the surgery. Customer service was on point as well. Professional surgeon with a skilled pair of hands!

I had a horrible experience here. My dentist was Thomas Huang. He kept pressuring me to do my wisdom teeth extraction today, said it would be cheaper because he would 'waive one tooth' if I did it today and charge me more if I came back on another day because I was 'taking up a slot where he could see another patient'. When I asked if he thought from the x ray that I urgently needed extraction, he said, 'well let's put it this way, if you don't have a problem, you won't be here'. He didn't give details and laughed at me when I asked questions trying to find out more about what kind of extraction/surgery I needed. Says volumes about the professionalism of this place. I will be sure to discourage any friends or family from coming here.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Q&M Dental. For 10 over years i have been avoiding a visit to the dentist because i was honestly very scared. Probably of my not so good experience when i was a kid. Comes the day when i needed to to visit the dentist because i was having a bad toothache and it turns out because of a wisdom tooth. Told Dr Edward upfront that i was very scared. He understood me and assured that i will go through the process with ease. He will check on me during the process and ask if i feel any pain and give me a heads up if there will be pain or discomfort. The assurance, care and professionalism that Dr E shows is exceptional. In fact there was not much pain. Shout out to Dr Rasha who carried out my root canal procedure with much care and assurance as well. I can now say that im no longer scared of the dentist and i will definitely do my regular visits with Q&M. Thank you to all the staff that have assisted me during my visits there.

Worst dentist. Refused to see my 7 year old son saying they don't attend to kids. And they have the audacity to put up "children dentistry" on the front glass! Ethically wrong!
