This was my 2nd visit to this clinic, I decided to go here as they were cheaper and had more appointment options. I have a blue Chas card which comes with 2 subsidized scaling and polishing per year of which I had no intention of using at this specific clinic. The dentist proceeded to do the scaling without informing me beforehand, he however did not do polishing or fluoride treatment despite charging my Chas card for it. If he had forgotten I wouldn't have minded all that much but when I got the receipt and asked the lady at the front desk about it she reconfirmed with him and he said he had done the polishing and fluoride treatment. I decided not to push it any further and left, after I arrived home I noticed one of the teeth I got filled felt rough and uncomfortable, I called up and got an appointment to get it smoothed out. I went in again and he sanded it down so much to the point that it hurts to touch now. The quality of the treatment I received here was disgustingly bad. I saw a male dentist in his 30s and I heavily regret spending my time and money here. Don't make the same mistake I did and seek treatment at a better clinic.

Staff is super friendly and her explaination for things are very clear. Doc Toh is a patient man and always give good advices on what can be done and he will seek your concurrence before proceeding on the said procedure. All in all, a great experience!

My Favourite Dental Clinic Yew Tee Point?? Every 6 Months they inform me to follow up to do check up on my Tooth. I even make appointment for my Kids and my Husband. Doctor Toh did well on his service and Good Advice to let me know how to maintain cleanliness on my teeth . The Nurse Norin so friendly and cheerful. Keep it up ur great service??????????!!!???

I wish I can give 0 stars. The dentist, DID NOT seek approval from the patient before carrying out certain treatments and eventually, charged the patient according to those treatments. The patient (whom I shall not name) is horrified with an atrocious bill of $320. An annual checkup was all the patient wanted but the dentist gave treatments that the patient DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGED such as whitening and polishing. Of course, the issue might not lies with the company but rather, the dentist - the one who didn't seek approval of executing treatments and overcharged the patient. I'm writing this post with a heavy heart for the patient whom got cheated by this dentist. With this, I strongly urged all of you to think twice. Best, think thrice. Thank you for your time.

The Orthodontist were experienced and expert in ensuring that your teeth is clean and recommending what is necessary. Highly recommended!

Staff Norain is super nice but the dentist was atrocious, unhygienic and unprofessional. I was out of my mask and he was coughing many many times while cleaning my teeth! The dentist was Mr Goh. It was a hell for me. Painful and disgusted and my teeth are so rough after the cleaning!!!! And just because mu chas card can cover the OPG which I told him I already did. He said that if I wanted to see the roots of my teeth which I feel sensitive he say should do an OPG. But he said he couldn't see anything on the OPG about my affected tooth... why not a bite wing that could see the affected tooth? My experience while working in a dental for 3 yrs I know something was not right... my son was supposed to do scaling and polishing as well but I just cancelled his as it was super terrible !!!!

Counter staff Norain was very nice and friendly to speak with :). Customer service is great. Doctor Jeremy is warm hearted and provides efficient service with reminders and pointers of what to take note of about my teeth. Overall an excellent experience from the team :). Cheers!

Did a root canal treatment and tooth extraction recently and the dentist (Dr Liane) was very professional along with her assistant and the receptionist. The dentist took her time to explain everything clearly and the actual procedure went very smoothly. Would recommend this dental clinic if you do not mind paying slightly more than average because it is worth it.
