Asking the terminal staff actual time & they also don't know, also tell me I was not supposed to buy from them as the never punctual about the timing. Worst experience.
A	Ambigarthen Karupiah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was travelling from Larkin JB to Seremban Worst and Awefull service , Bought the ticket for double the price (RM 65 JB - Seremban). WAITED for 1 hour 30 minutes for the bus arrival. Actual bus was not available and they send a chartered bus to pick up all the passengers .This is totally not fair for the price paid . I m also just wondering how does Larkin Bus Terminal Management allows this kind of things to happen .

Waste your time and your energy to keep you waiting, bus tickets system should stop their services, not suppose to scam people who are not aware unreasonable timeliness, no jam, no on time schedule, completely failure bus services

Then the bus driver took a really bad route, almost going in a circle, and took about 9 hours to reach Singapore. I will give you 0 star if I could. Waste my time and money!!!

The staff could not be found at the kiosk and customers were left stranded and had to look for the bus on their own. Turns out that the company did not have their own fleet, and we were supposed to just board any bus that was headed to our destination. The bus was quickly filled and the rest of us were again stranded, and had to wait for another bus. Only managed to board at 0030, with no idea what was going on. So basically, we didn’t even have to buy a ticket/seat. No one sat at their designated seat and the driver didn’t even check if we had tickets. The seats were also cramp and small. Will definitely go for other bus companies which were more organised and cost the same price.

For my case, 15mins before departure time, suddenly move my trip to another slot which is one an half hour later. Most important thing, without giving any notice. Never ever again will go for this bus service again in my life.

I don't know why this bus can stop almost everywhere half way to Singapore like (TBS, kajang, seremban, skudai maybe Larkin JB) Please beware this bus is not non stop, bus driver will pickup passenger ( just one to two passengers along the way from each place) total time can be 5 hours but end up more than 7 hours! Vehicle no BLW 9159. Date 30 June 2022 1215pm bus from Berjaya Timesquare!
