Love the variety of their menu for balanced diet!

Rice is a bit too moist / wet. Do consider adding less water when cooking the rice. Also some toppings were sold out so it was a little hard to choose. I was the only customer in the shop when I came yesterday night around 8:30pm.

Had a pretty bad experience with this branch at Novena Square 2. I was there about 2 weeks back with some HPB/QQ rice vouchers and was told that they were unable to login to the HPB system due to invalid branch code. So I kept the vouchers and paid cash for the purchases. Today I wanted some vegetarian meal takeaway fron there. I called this branch to check if the system was up and was told that it was alright. When I was there less than an hour later, firstly was told that almost half of the rice choices were not available. Nevertheless, I bought what were there. During payment, was told by the lady staff that the system was down again and HPB evouchers were not accepted. Gosh, I thought I've been told that all were in order over the call awhile ago .. Overall experience was bad as food options were limited and staff was not helpful. Cant understand why the system couldn't be fixed after weeks. What could I do with the evouchers since its expiring soon.

Redeem fave voucher for curry chicken rice set. Add 30cents for duck but only gave 3 pieces. pathetic

Beware !! Could be good hygiene issues ? On Monday 4 July 2022, My hubby ate a QQ rice burger for breakfast, bought on the same delivery platform by our course organiser. 30minutes of vomiting after eating the qq burger. What happened? Could qq explain? I have already given feedback to our course organiser regarding the food poisoning. However , I would like very much to give qq rice a chance to respond directly to me. 30minutes of vomiting after eating a qq burger is not a small thing. Do explain. Note : Dear Qq, On 5 July2022, I attempted to reach Qq via the WhatsApp number qq gave in their reply but qq’s watsapp is not activated. Update : after 3days , QQ food replies by sms denying responsibility for my husband’s Vomitting after eating their rice item for breakfast . Note friends: I have not asked for any financial compensation from them at all. But my husband did vomit after eating their food . How did Qq investigate before denying responsibility? Was it a leftover item repackaged for consumption? After all, it was vomited out and how could Qq verify that ? I understand that it was bought via Internet a delivery platform , was there a slippage in handling ? Qq gave a blanket denial their as they said there was no mass food poisoning. I see . Qq needs to step up their hygiene and customer recovery and not be so quick to deny responsibility.

Healthy rice balls. The combination is up to us, we can put a lot of meat in it, or we can put vegetables in it. & can choose 5 types. It was delicious, but would be better if there was soup. I think it will sell very well if they open a store in Japan. We will support Store if interested.

Nice and healthy options. The ingredients used are fresh and good quality. Flavourful and tasty chili / sambal.
