K	Ki ki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブギス本院、オーチャード分院、デンタルで4年ほどお世話になっています。以前、出先で娘が熱性痙攣になってしまった際、電話したところ「すぐに来てください」と言って下さり、小児科医の先生に診て頂くことができました。とても助かりました。これまでに内科・耳鼻科・婦人科・皮膚科・整形外科・歯科で診て頂いたことがありますが、どの医師も受付の方も誠実に対応して下さる印象です。温かい言葉をかけて頂くこともあるので、子どもも病院を嫌がりません。子どもや自身の体調不良で不安な時に、日本語で丁寧に説明してもらえるのはとてもありがたいです。これからも頼りにしています。 I have been indebted to Bugis Main Hospital, Orchard Branch, and Dental for about 4 years. Previously, when my daughter had febrile convulsions on the go, I called and said, "Please come right away," and I was able to see a pediatrician. It was very helpful. I have had medical examinations in internal medicine, otolaryngology, gynecology, dermatology, orthopedics, and dentistry, but I have the impression that all doctors and receptionists will respond in good faith. Children don't hate the hospital because they sometimes give us warm words. I am very grateful for the polite explanation in Japanese when my child or myself is unwell and uneasy. I will continue to rely on you.
R	Rio Rio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風邪にて診察をお願いしましたが、まずは受付にて「うーんっと」「えーっと」とプロ意識の欠片もない対応に「大丈夫か？」と不安を憶えつつ、たまたま担当した佐野医師も常に上から目線、面倒くさそうな対応。後からWebで同院の求人広告が目に入ったが、募集にあたっての必須項目に「日本よりも気楽な診療を思い描く方には不向きです。」とわざわざ記載されており、やはりそういう医師や看護師が多いのだと納得した。 I asked for a medical examination because of a cold, but first of all, at the reception desk, I was worried that "Is it okay?" N	N I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドクターは悪くはないが、受付の対応が最悪。電話対応なんて「かけてくるな」と言わんばかりだし、会計係は電卓を投げつけるように金額を見せてくるし、ストレスで余計具合が悪くなる感じ。ローカルのスペシャリストの予約が取りづらかったので仕方なくこちらへ行ったが、もう行かない。プロ意識ゼロ。 The doctor is not bad, but the receptionist is the worst. I	I N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の予防接種と乳児健診で伺いました。日本の方の受付は入口入って一番奥です。口コミを読んで心配していましたが、受付の方も医師の先生も、とても親切丁寧でした。電話も何度もかけましたが親切でした。人が変わったのでしょうか。初めてだとアクセスが少しややこしく（ホームページの説明がわかりにくい）迷いましたが一度行けば問題ありません。Shaw centreのエレベーターから（ベビーカーで行けます）5階へ上がり、出るといきなり駐車場ですがクリニックへの標識あります。 I visited for vaccination of children and medical examination of infants. The reception desk for Japanese people is at the back of the entrance. I was worried after reading the reviews, but the receptionist and the doctor's teacher were very kind and polite. I called many times but it was kind. Did the person change? Access is a little complicated for the first time (the explanation on the homepage is difficult to understand), but once you go, there is no problem. From the Shaw center elevator (you can go by stroller), go up to the 5th floor, and when you get out, you will find a parking lot, but there is a sign to the clinic.
T	T A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 耳鼻咽喉科、整形外科で何度かお世話になりました。診ていただいた先生はとても良かったですが、他の方もコメントされているように、受付の対応や印象は最悪です。電話をかけても「忙しいのに！」という心の声が聞こえてきそうな対応… 普通に対応してもらえればそれでいいのですが、期待できません。その点、ジャパングリーンクリニックは素晴らしいです。 I have been indebted several times in otolaryngology and orthopedics. The teacher who consulted me was very good, but as others have commented, the receptionist's response and impression are the worst. Even if you make a phone call, you may hear the voice of your heart saying "I'm busy!" ... It would be fine if you could handle it normally, but I can't expect it. In that respect, Japan Green Clinic is wonderful.

When emergency happened while their booking was full, they are nice and flexible to be treated with priority so I didn't need to suffer with pain that long. When my child have some eye problems Dr. Okano is always gentle, explain to us in easier words in detail and never recommend us operations unless it's absolutely need it (unlike local doctors here in Singapore and in Malaysia as well) . So we have a faith in him and this clinic.
