Very rude and not willing to entertain questions on the various fans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contractors did a very good job of installing the aircon. The customer service here was terrible. Made the full payment on the day we bought but on the day of installation, we were told to pay additional charges which were not mentioned beforehand. What was even worst was that the shop claimed that the date of installation was not the one stated on the actual paper. Will be the first and last buying from here. Think twice before making a purchase from this store.
