โ โ โ โ โ Item been at the delivery hub and no move for more than the speculated delivery window of 4 working days. No response when asked further about status of package. They were good before but now a huge thumbs down.. if we're still during early covid days I can understand the delay but we're almost back to normal. The worse reason to give was "it was raining". Don't you guys drive a van???

โ โ โ โ โ Possibly the worst delivery company ever. They have my package since 6 july and i have been told 2 times on separate days that my package will be delivered before 10pm. Seriously how big is Singapore? Today is 14 july and i still donโt have my package. Their customer service is a whatsapp account with sporadic responses with textbook explanations. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? HOW MUCH LONGER IS IT GOING TO TAKE????????

โ โ โ โ โ Deliveryโs been out on the 9th. Understand that there were PH but 9th was not even a PH, even so it couldโve been delivered yesterday after PH. Contacted the customer service yesterday via Whatsapp and was told that it will be delivered by today 10pm โ today comes, now 23:13, there is still no sign of my parcel. And my friend who ordered later, got hers on Friday. So like it does not make sense how my item that was ordered earlier got delayed delivery while my friend received hers with no issue? Usually when a courier service said that it is out for delivery on that day, itโll be delivered by the end of the day if not the next earliest working day. But not for this company. Said that theyโll get back after checking with the driver but no updates since 6pm today.

โ โ โ โ โ Keep revising ETA (thrice!) but have yet to deliver my package. Unresponsive on whatsapp. I did not choose to use this courier, just so happens that i bought something from Weston Corp and Rapido is the one delivering my package. Been more than a week and still no signs of my package. Really cannot make it!!! ???
