★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CONDO EVER. Be careful if you want to move into this building. Ever since I moved here there is constant construction noise and traffic noise from the nearby express way. The walls are too thin to insulate any noise from outside. The construction noise is insane and goes on all the time in a day no matter weekdays or weekends. The quality of build is also very bad. Btw I’m staying on a high floor unit, so think about the amount of noise you could have for lower ones.
Update: be prepared for EXTREMELY loud construction noise from those sites around this building, NON STOP FROM 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. This condo is a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place a few times and I really like this condo project. It’s really accessible, just minutes walk to the bus stops and it’s so near to Jurong, Buona Vista and Clementi area. They also provide shuttle bus. The whole project development is very well planned and well maintained. Great varieties of facilities including gym, swimming pools, multipurpose court, basketball court and tennis court. Great use of the space. The view is breathtaking and especially if you are at the super high floors, the noise level is actually surprisingly lower. I don’t really hear the construction noise. Anyway construction also means there are great developments around. Overall experience was gd! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parc Riviera comes with full facilities including more than 2 multi purpose courts, 2 swimming pools and a tennis court. It also comes w a gym that houses at least 10 people ; operating till 11pm. Very suitable for family stay as it comes w all the facilities at one stop. Maintenance fee is quite affordable and it also provides shuttle bus service to Jurong East MRT (May vary). A rare condo that faces waterfront and nature, very privacy. A condo that has well ventilated and bright corridor, very windy and you won’t feel afraid of walking to your house at night. As for security wise, it’s very high and they are very friendly. Overall, if you are not concerned about the noise and one direct bus to JE MRT, this shall be the one that you should shortlist. Rental wise is very good to rent out and most of the tenants profile are quite good as they work near JE or even Kent ridge area (One North) .
