β β β β β First time buying product from this shop. I never had such bad experience before! Like seriously ? Can even do a one to one exchange when my power bank is spoilt naturally. When I went to the shop and ask whether can I do a one to one exchange for a new power bank. They firstly took my spoilt power bank to do a test. After the test it really showed my one port one my power bank was spoilt, they said is not spoilt naturally one ??!! Smlj shop sia , must well dont open shop alr mother fking black shop

Female assistant talks in a sacarstic manner and rejected us by asking to go back where we came from aka fly back to the country where we bought the product just to query about item exchange
