★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought bike to him for troubleshooting with some issue. Walked out with the issue fixed and in fact, with a better bike. Kendrick and his mechanic eventually found multiple problem that was not done correctly by another mechanic at another location and fixed for me after consulting my opinion.
A good job well done definitely. Do support and help them grow better.

Having had experience with a few bike mechanics, I will say Kenrick is my go-to for any bike matters (repair, upgrade, conversion etc)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by Riders Arena initially just to install my magura MT8. Ended up bringing the bike home a few days later with new Rotor carbon crankset and Ridea suspension.
Kendrick and Jack are both very friendly and approachable. Will definitely return for more poison.
Highly recommended as your one stop bikeshop!

His professionalism and attention to details is something that sets him apart from other mechanics. He managed help me troubleshoot my issue and go an extra mile to resolve issues that is not identify by other mechanics. Recommend to hall bike lovers who want to service or repair their bike. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews on Riders Arena, decided to send my bike for brake cable replacement to Jagwire Elite Link set. Workshop is clean and neat. Kenrick is patient and friendly, working through the night to complete the installation. Nice workmanship indeed. Cables were neatly layed and brakes tuned to my desired feel. I would recommend this workshop to cyclists who want to have a piece of mind when sending in their bikes for servicing, repairs etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenrick is co-founder of RA and is presumably one of the leading mechanic for Birdy/Reach bikes in Singapore. His technical skills/ability to troubleshoot says it all. I was never into seeking a mechanic for their round-the-clock service or prompt replies - as I understand every nuance of running a business with pairs of hands on deck - so for anyone looking to approach Kenrick for his services, my suggestion is to allow time/rapport to be built and above all, have some faith that things will work to the best of his abilities. Am a satisfied customer and will look forward to the many good rides to come with the build by this master's hands.
