★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not helpful at all...not willing to help out tho its very urgent...worse customer service ever...i shall not go there again and make sure ppl know about their unwillingness to render help when really needed most. A very big dissapointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my first time writing a review but Dr Mary Ann and her team deserves a 5 stars rating. Thank you to Dr Mary Ann and team for being patient and taking care of me. Dr Mary Ann is one of the best doctor, her empathy, meticulous listening and kindness eases me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time writing a review but this clinic truly deserves it. Royal Medical Centre has been very helpful towards me and I feel like it is the best existing clinic in the neighbourhood. Dr Mary Ann Phipps as well as the locum doctor are both very kind, gentle and thorough with their patients. During the TTSH cluster, many hospitals and GPs did not allow staffs from there to come at that moment but Royal Medical Centre was an exception. I don't want to miss out on both their receptionists too! Very kind and friendly aunty together with her partner too. Hands down the best clinic ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the receptionist staff to the locum dr, they have nothing but have been kind and gentle towards me. Eventhough they are packed (literally) with covid patients, the receptionist still manage to crack a joke with me when explaining to me on the meds instructions. And this was way past their lunchtime around 1.30pm and that they are reopening at 2pm. Would like to write to express gratitude and appreciative towards them. Thank you!
