β β β β β I ordered two chocolates - champagne and au lait- via Grab. Both of them taste the same. The champagne one has NO champagne at all. I donβt know if itβs Royce changing the recipe or the Nex outlet duping us.

β β β β β Theres no doubt that I would give Royce chocolate a 5* for it's quality and pricing.
Service at the retail outlets has been pleasant as well until this morning at the NEX outlet !
I was standing outside the shop waiting for it to open. At 11am the shop remain shut. It was totally dark and so I was beginning to wonder if I got the opening hours correct.
At 11.10am, a sales staff emerged. U can tell immediately she was not happy to see the 1st customer!. Her body language, attitude, curt replies that followed was just appalling!
And so i asked her .. Are u upset?.
She replied "No. Thats just how I do things.!"
Seriously???
