★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered at 6.44 and now its 7.10 and my food has not yet arrived , it was only 1 set meal with 1 burger yet it takes 30 minutes. Ordered take away just so I can leave faster but instead left later . Not recommend coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is 0 Star would have given that, but the staff also quite poor thing. This place is severely understaffed. I paid at 7.14pm, I got my order at 8.05pm.
Only 1 chef in the kitchen, 2 front of house that have to keep running into the kitchen to fry things, no one at the counter. My pie only went into the fryer 40mins after I place my order. Most of the dine-in families don’t have food by the time I left.

After waiting for 30 mins with no end in sight, checked in politely with the manager, and he said nonchalantly: "As you can see I have many orders if you can wait you wait if not i will just refund you." amazing customer service!

I believed that informing the customers that the outlet is closing is more appropriate rather than blasting music almost to the max to chase the customer away! Hope the outlet manager able to advocate what is customer service to his staffs or himself

Just order takeout, this branch loves hiring teens who are absolute non-existent and verbally complain when their shift manager asks them to take out the trash. Once a fly problem starts, it's very hard to eradicate. Even during peak hour the flies aren't afraid of humans, I had to fight hard to consume my bloody burger in peace as flies assault me like I'm a 5 star exquisite piece of sh!t delicacy on the side of the road. All that despite the fact that I just showered after swimming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a few sets of takeaways meal, and only found out at home that 2 of my orders were not in the bag. Couldn't check one by one there as my hands were full plus handling a baby. I hope next time the staffs check properly their customers order before calling q no. But staffs were nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting this BK outlet. Spacious and clean as compared to other BK outlets. Good way to also call out customer's queue number.
Was attended to by a senior matured Filipina married lady, duty manager, I think. Very sweet and polite woman. After handing out my takeaway order, she even reminded me to be careful of the coffee as it's together with the rest of the meals and it might spill if I wasn't careful enough. Thoughtful and considerate.
Honestly, my eyes were just for this woman and I would date her anytime, if she's wiling to go out with me.
