โ โ โ โ โ staff was rude. i paid extra to get him to apply my iphone camera protector and he didn't even clean my camera properly before applying it, and told me impolitely that paywave isn't accepted. other phone shop gadgetmix at L2 was way better.

โ โ โ โ โ Rude and horrible shop. Claim to be "local reseller" of brand but the item I ordered from their shopee arrived and it's a china copy. I thought that it meant "official distributor" in sg, but no, they just buy it cheaply from china to resell to you at sg price. The warranty/serial number doesn't work in sg, box all in chinese language. Mine arrived spoiled, so I contacted them but they refuse to do a return & refund for me. Not a single word of apology or remorse, just blamed the customer and said they never claimed to be local distributor. Wow.. seriously shocking. I hope more people read their reviews before buying from them.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a 64gb sandisk micro sd card online from this seller on lazada wed site and received a 32 gb. Went to the store in clementi mall for exchange and the staff told me is 32 gb for the price i paid. When online other buyer asked question whether is 64 gb they replied yes. There is also other buyer who received 32 gb like i do.This seller is very dishonest and do not buy online from this seller.

I bought Transcend SSD M.2 in SG store in IT show.
But I can not do anything with that SSD. It was broken.
I come the SG Phobe for warranty. They said need to bring to Convergent. I can't. it very far and they just open on working days ( Monday - Friday). Never buy here again.

โ โ โ โ โ I wouldn't recommend choosing this place as a collection point for Shopee items. The staff choose to clear 300 parcels from various logistics partners ahead of serving one item pickups. Also needlessly rude, he was unprovoked yet chose to be which is what irkes me. I was silently queuing and held a door open for someone struggling with a box when he chose to shout at me.

โ โ โ โ โ I should have read these reviews before ordering a keyboard from 12Buy on Shopee. Never got my item: it just sat there for days marked as "Preparing to Ship". Customer service was generic and unhelpful. Fortunately the Shopee Guarantee cut in and I'll be automatically refunded. Avoid this store.
