β β β β β Conveniently located up the escalator once one clears the immigration at the departure in T1. Accepts Priority Pass, which I used to enter with 1 guest. Check-in was prompt. The lounge was well utilized but not packed or full -- see photos. I come to this lounge all the time when I am passing through Changi T1. What I like about this lounge is its good selections of hot food. I can't tell you about the Western food offerings since I always go for the local food. Pre-COVID, there was a wider selection, but I am happy with the offerings on this visit. The laksa and curry chicken were excellent. So too were the porridge (not photographed) and the soba noodles (not photographed). The alcoholic drinks were limited but I am not a drinker. The coffee and tea selections were reasonable. Lots of power outlets. Highly recommended if you have Priority Pass!

β β β β β This is the worst lounge that I've been. Tables were not clean for 2 Hours. I cannot tell if they did clean it after that as I had left. Food court performed extremely much better in this aspect.
Food were not replenished . Average time to do so is 25 mins. Laksa took 1.45 hrs. This is after constant reminders. Apple juice took 20.mins.
it was a ripped off paying that amount for such a disasterous experience .
Very unbecoming of a premiere lounge.

β β β β β Worst lounge experience. No one seems bothered about the customer service. No Food to offer. Checked-in at 2.30am on 16.05.2022 and the staff is saying no food as we have to prepare for breakfast.
You can only get sandwiches and coffee.

β β β β β Went in at 7am and have many food to choose from . The laska in particular is my personal favourite. One thing is perhaps it peak hr. Mayb the staffs are busy . As many tables are not clear and hence a bit messy.

β β β β β This is the first time I have used it.
For those arriving at Singapore Airport late at night, this could be a good place to take a nap. But there is only a little space to lie down and sleep. And it is bright and noisy, so I should have brought earplugs and an eye mask.
I think it's too luxurious to come with free food, free showers and free bath towels!γHowever, late at night, I thought it was a bit unhygienic as someone's leftovers were on the seats forever and flies were congregating. I think there are more staff during the day.
The menu seems to recommend laksa, but there are fruits, salads and bread, so it's like a normal hotel breakfast.

β β β β β The lounge is not really luxurious or comfortable, just enough good to take a short rest. The food is not top up frequently with poor menu. The staff is good and polite. The environment is quite normal and crowded, even no seats to rest

β β β β β Very much disappointed at our T1 SATS lounge as a Singaporean. Saw the look of disgust on an international traveller using the lounge services when there was no food to offer. I empathise with the manpower crunch the aviation sector is facing, but if you are unable to function properly, it is not fair to paying customers to the lounge. The lack of food happens during non - peak, 1pm to 2pm is not something I am proud of to hail our Airport as best in class. θ¦ε ζ²Ήε οΌοΌοΌ

β β β β β Transit at 0300, hardly anything else open. Great place to relax. Ask for towels at front desk and there are 3 showers to use. 3 massage chairs but only 2 worked; made for a good sleeping recliner though. Not really anywhere to sleep, 4 small cubicles worked for some people. The food was good, and the drinks. Really liked the laksa and waffles.
