β β β β β super disappointed with the sales assistant and received terrible service over there, the sales assistant was rude to us and we couldn't ask more than 1 questions at the same time and she didn't listen to the customer either as this shows that the staff is lack of training and she talked rudely and loudly to the customers which shows that she is quite impatient with us, will not go there ever again.

β β β β β My wife visited outlet at Hillion Mall after knowing I want to buy foldable mattress. The sales told her to go back on Friday, where the stock will arrive. I visited the outlet on Friday and was told to go back on next Monday.
Again stock is still not arrived and the sales started to give lots of excuses.
I went to outlet at Clementi Mall 1 week later. The sales told me item costs $19.90, it is a 'grasp & go' item where I am not allow to unzip to feel the hardness. The sales replied me " what I have expect of the product, as it costs only $19.90" when asked about the durability of the product.
The service quality of the sales have allow to make a quick decision, obviously, I bought the $99.0 mattress from the shop next to Seahose.

β β β β β I specially came to sea house to buy a mattress. But unfortunately served by Bad service staff name Irene at Clementi mall shop. Very rude n impatient . Really spoil my Sunday . Really hope sea horse can improve their staff Customer service.

β β β β β The store gate door was half closed before 9pm. The aunty who came in said cashier had been closed and could not buy any more, and her attitude was very bad. I donβt know what the aunty name, but she have a short hair and around 40-50 years old, I rmb her attitude was very rude to me. I wouldn't have stepped into this store if I didn't really need it, it was a terrible experience, and I won't come back again.

β β β β β The service person, Crystal, who attended to us was very helpful and informative. We paid and placed orders for some items but unfortunately at the end of the day, we had to change the orders quite abit, yet she was very patient and cheerful to explain the price differences as well as make the changes in orders for us.

β β β β β Today was the 2nd time i went into this outlet to enquire about the bed and matress. Both times the same person who was seated at the counter was not welcoming. There wasnβt any other customer yet she did not automatically get up to attend to us. I approached her at the counter. Not a smile on her face! She never exactly offered any pros and cons of the bed. I hv to asked instead. I indeed wanted to purchase the bed. N since i was told the bed hv to be preordered N may takes more than a month, thus i came again. Given her attitude, seriously i m reconsidering my decision. The company should train sales person on how to treat potential customers! Clementi Mall outlet.. a letdown..

β β β β β I visited the outlet on Sunday, 16 Jan and was put off by the salesperson's attitude. She was rude and her attitude was take it or leave it. I definitely left it. The product may be good but this lady's attitude was a huge turn off.
