Shabu Sai

Very good friendly service, excellent food and steamboat soups. One of the best restaurants I have dined at with my immediate family members. Highly recommended. Cosy ambience, warm atmosphere chilling and eating. Thank you and thanks Shabu Sai staff at Orchard Central. It has been a good night of enjoyment. Happy Mother's Day too.

Was attended by Willy and I can only say the service was top-notch! He was attentive on clearing the empty plates and checked on us if we needed to refill the meat despite having to serve the other table as well. When we’re unsure about the choice of sauce, he patiently recommended which are the best to go with the meat. With so many choices in town, but he will one of the reason why I’m returning to Shabu Sai at Orchard Central! ??

I went to Shabusai (Orchard central) for buffet. The staffs are friendly, approachable, and taste is maintained well. Place is spacious and clean. I would recommend to meet friends or family for good dine in place. Thank you to Thin and her colleagues! I will definitely come back and eat again.

Chanced upon the weekday value set ($9.90++ per person) with our group of 6. Was pleasantly surprised by the so very generous portion. The food is fresh and the soup is nice. Willy is very attentive to us and also prompt in his service. The other server Anne is also very friendly. We had a very enjoyable steamboat meal here.

I went for lunch buffet at the Somerset branch today. The quality of the ingredients is superb for the price. That said, the highlight of my meal today was the friendly and attentive server, Willy. He made sure that our soup was always filled and cleared all the empty plates very quickly. He had a good attitude regardless of how many times we asked for his help. Thank you Willy! I’ll be back again :))

A wonderful dining experience, elevated by the tremendous hospitality of service staff Willy! Willy helped us with everything from more plates of beef, to more sauces and more soup, many a time without us having to even ask. Fresh ingredients and great tasting soups. Chili dip is one of the best around. What is not to like about this place? Selection is kind of small but quality is still there.

Very ambient and nice atmosphere, seems quite uncrowded even at 4pm-5.30pm on a weekday. Deeply passionate and enthusiastic service staff, especially this server named Willy. They will tend to your every need, even if you don't ask for it. They will be around with soup refills every time they see your pot emptying. Yes, it is free-flow soup too. The food is pretty decent and generous might I say, had a lot of meat. I love the wide range of ingredients such as vegetables and mushrooms and noodles. The beef is tender and the pork is sweet and buttery, but the chicken is a little underwhelming. Loving the self-preparation aspect of it. Nice place to have lunch at. Dinner prices are more expensive. One thing to note is that it can get a little warm inside the restaurant. Update: Now COVID restrictions have lifted and you can self-serve all your ingredients and make your own sauce. The free flow drink bar and ice cream have returned. Makes the experience even more value-for-money.
