★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wondering, why can't customer omit the pearl was told by service staff, brown sugar with fresh milk cannot omit pearl. Like my first time drinking brown sugar. So I got two from other brands and give them one as they told me brown sugar fresh milk no brand can give without pearl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing against their bubble tea. Its good and I like it too. I rated 1 star because of the worker in that shop with extremely bad attitude. I believe her name is Jasmine?? Or something like that. Shes quite big in size thats for sure. I only asked her a few simple questions about the tea and ingredients and she started to be impatient with me. I would suggest that she go for courses on how to serve people nicely. I just want to take this opportunity to see if there are any other people with the same experience as me, and also speak up on this problem. As a consumer, Im extremely disappointed with the service from this outlet.
