β β β β β Both the clinic staffs and doctor are especially helpful during my visit here. The doctor is amazing and is very willing to listen to your concerns and would explain your diagnosis and medications in depth. He will also explains non pharmacological ways to manage your illness as well (e.g. diarrhea, constipation)
Great experience here!

Doctor out since 12 even though operating hours are listed as 1230. Came back at 1415 (supposedly open at 1400) but doctor wasn't in still. Asked if doctor was in at 1430 reply was "soon". Asked again soon after at 1445 reply was "yes soon". Tried asking if doctor was out on a call or emergency consultation, reply was "soon".
Last visit to this same clinic was for minor burns, I got loaded with 7 different medications including one medication for gastric just because another medicine had to be taken with food OR gastric medicine (not sure about you but I think I have food at home)

β β β β β Been to this clinic a few years ago and it was always a good experience. Doctor was very detailed n patient. Visited a few days ago and will never go again. Doctor is not the same n he is not interested in your symptoms or pain. Just wanted to be done with me as soon as possible with as little paperwork/ reports as possible. There was zero sympathy or care. One of those that just wish to face their computer screens n type away instead of actually facing their patients.

β β β β β Reached clinic at 8:30am but doctor came in at 9:20am. Wasted almost one hour doing nothing with long que of people waiting. Then doctor consulting time less then 30 seconds.

β β β β β Long waiting hours(> 1.5 hours) for 2 mins consultation. Doctor doesnβt really get into details on the symptoms. As soon he listened to first few words, he will start prescribing medicines which I usually find it not effective.

β β β β β Went to the clinic at 7pm when stated opening hour is 6.30pm. Doctor is not around and was informed that waiting timing will be an hour. As I have read the reviews left by others, Iβve decided not to take the risk to waitβ¦ a wasted trip!
Furthermore I called the clinic multiple time before going, but never pick up. Itβll be great and respectful of them to pick up call or update the opening hours somewhere to be fair to people who are really in need of medical services.
