Shenton Medical Group - Punggol Oasis

The only clinic that open normal hours on public holidays earns this 1 star. Expect long queues too. It’s also close for registration at 11am. Luckily I called to check. Went for the 2pm afternoon slot & there was a long queue already but swift registration. Waited around an hour for my turn. Was having a really painful stomachache from food poisoning, Diarrhoea & Viomit. The doctor asked a few questions & dispense me with painkiller, diarrhoea & another med I think for loose bowel cause the staff didn’t explain properly. Consultation was less than 3 mins. And I wonder why did I had to pay so much & waited so long for it. Another thing I’m a little unhappy was the attitude of the staffs. My mum went there too & she doesn’t knows how to fill up the health declaration form that the staff kept asking her to fill up without helping her. Then mum tried a few times & were unable to fill up the form. Until I reached & ask the staff if we still need to fill up the form to get a nonchalantly look & reply to just fill it up… My mum was so stress out by this. If there’s no need to fill up the form then don’t keep asking them to. I understand they could be tired from the long working hours but they did still had time to check for something with 1 “likes” & clap their hands loudly because of that ~ So come here if only if you have no choice & try to stay away if you can.

Only come here if you are sponsored by a company which is mc sensitive and staff is slack in attitude and impolite assuming like patients in their clinic is only paying a co-payment fee. Waited hours long just to be seen less than 2 minutes by end of month salary gp talk attribute. Turned away not once but multiple times due to overwhelming and under staff. Seeing by the polyclinic is way faster than here and more proficient.

I went to see doctor at Oasis Shenton Medical Group. This is probably the worst encountered ever. The receptionist was rude and impolite in answering my query. I was attended by DR EE YANG ZHI PATRICK, he was rushing to hit the quota or something. The consultation was quick and he wrote a referral for me which i do not want and it cost $10 for that. I don’t mind to pay extra if the experience was a pleasant one. But clearly, this clinic is just out there to scam other people money. After my visit, I can understand the level of poor experience that others had at the clinic.

First time coming to see this clinic as the clinic near my place was closed due to PH. One of the counter staffs asked me if my son did his ART. I said no and was asked to wait outside. After waiting for more than an hour and seeing patients behind me went ahead to see the doctor first, I enquired when is my son's turn. They said they had called him. I was sitting outside the whole time and who would have heard his name being called from inside closed glass door?? Even one of the patients who has been sitting inside told me that she sees me waiting for a long time. Staff's attitude is poor and it will be my last time to visit this clinic.

Unexpected both Staffs counter and Doctor are super friendly and no harsh words or unpleasant attitude kinda surprises its totally the opposite way from some negative comments will come back here and not other place though ? it's my first time here and their service is different from the other clinic I went...Thumb up

Really surprised. I did not expect it but the front desk staff was very nice with smiles and a positive attitude. Very rare to see in a clinical setting. Dr Ho was very informative and was very thorough with his examination. Went through everything from family medical history to actually checking the issue. Took the time to explain to me in details. If you get sick. I do recommend to check this place out

Hello everyone, seen many negative review about this clinic. Personally this is my second visit and the experience has been very pleasant. I feel very at ease with Dr Michelle. She's very attentive and approachable and will be there ti answer all your questions. As for front line receptionist I feel they are alright as well. So a 5 stars rating from me. Hope this helps.

Had very pleasant experiences at this clinic. The front counter staff were courteous and friendly. Dr Dhana and Dr Michelle are both professional and knowledgeable. They take the extra effort to explain my diagnosis in a clear and concise manner as well as outline my treatment plans and goals. Their gentle demeanor definitely serves to allay my concerns and fears. Will recommend their services to my friends and families. Definitely deserves 5 stars!!
