β β β β β Went to this clinic due to flu, done ART and PCR test. Doctor don't even bother to check on me the actual problem, just treat me like COVID-19 patients. Still not recover from flu after a week. So disappointed and will not visit again.

β β β β β The waiting time is so long. The indian aunty at counter, just wants to get things done quickly and don't want to attend to my question empathetically. They gave me a very expensive panadol for a headache and my trouble sleeping. Definitely not worth my money going here

β β β β β Went to a few GPs before this so reviews based on past experience.
This is an established one but registration took definitely longest for everyone in line. Enterprises goes paperless, they go paper more. The registration counter jam cos patient might be English illiterate and they took a while to complete the long form. So if the patient does not complete the form, patients behind just wait. Not the patient's fault for being slow cos they might not be English educated. But the clinic definitely need to review their registration process. Already bek cek even before seeing Dr.
Appointment is at 9am, came at 850 and by 910 still waiting for REGISTRATION. Madness. 2 counter staff helping to register but took a long time as well. It's just registration!
Went to the clinic for blood test. Dr wanted to draw my blood from right arm. But having drawn multiple times on my left, I asked the Dr why and I am right handed. Dr replied saying it's convenient. But he heard my query so unwillingly draw blood from left arm. I wondered if the convenient that the Dr refered is so that I can rest my right hand on the table which is CONVENIENT for him 10mins but not me for the whole day?
The blood was drawn with a syringe, so the Dr have to pull the syringe very slowly to draw my blood. It unlike usual places where the tubes will auto draw the blood. Probably this clinic is trying to save cost. So the whole time, the I dare not move a single bit.
As the blood test is assigned by my insurance agent, if given a choice, I would go Polyclinic rather than this PRIVATE clinic. At least polyclinic is efficient and uses more advanced tools/systems. And definitely step out feeling happier with better managed expectations.

β β β β β One of the worst clinics you could ever go to when you are really sick. Waited more than 2 hours and people who came after me was being served. Staff very horribly inexperienced especially 1 chinese guy working there. No care for patients who are really sick. Please I am begging to change the doctors and staff extremely in-experience. You will proberly end up horribly dying just by the wait!!

β β β β β Injured my wrist and all the clinics are closed near my house so I made a trip down here for the first time and Iβm not disappointed at all. Dr Soon Young Hwa was so friendly and patient, I believe sheβs Korean. Very professional. She explained and taught me how to prevent injury in the future very clearly. The nurse at the counter was friendly too, thank you.

β β β β β Doctor Viknesh is a good doctor and i have seen him for my ailments many times. But I cannot say the same for the doctor was on duty on 28 May 2022, Saturday.
My self administered ART was positive, and I went to the clinic as I needed an MC. I went to the clinic and waited 30min to enter. I told them at registration that I'm covid positive via self administered ART. And was told to sit at the area for cough and fever patients. I waited for another 1hr to see the doctor. Doctor directed some patients waiting for their next treatment to sit at the same area as the cough/cold/fever patients. Unnecessarily exposing them to potential covid patients.
Next I was called into consultation room, and spent less than 2 min telling the doc about my symptoms. And he said to wait outside until he swabs me. He called another patient into consultation room and I waited another 30min to be swabbed.
All in, I spent 1min at registration, 2min in consultation and 1min swabbing. But waited a good 2 hrs for anything to be done.
Would not recommend anyone to go unless Dr Viknes is in the house.

β β β β β Staff there was not very nice. I went there for a COVID-19 positive flu-like symptoms. I already tested positive on my own at home before I went for the visit at the clinic.
Understandably, the healthcare sector has been overworked but I feel like the least the staff could do was to just inform me on what I have to do when Iβm in the clinic. Staff does not tell me that they will not buzz my number to see the doctor. Does not inform me that I would have to wait for 30 minutes for my medicine. And during payment, could not even open their mouth to let me know how much to pay. Quite sad, really.
