★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely will rate down or post a review but this outlet has done it twice , whenever I order delivery , they are always missing not one ingredient but many ingredients, this time I order the tomato soup and the mala , i Did not even receive the mala one, sauce also missing . This is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their $9.90 set meal is super worth it! It's a testament to how overpriced 海底捞 is! The food & service quality here is also very good! Although not as personalized (海底捞 has 1 staff attached to your table & really serve you & even cook for you) it's still good enough for me. The meat servings are substantial and the vegetable servings are A LOT. I love their tomato & chicken tonic soup base. They also give a free stuffed toy to every table so you can choose 1. Their sauces selection is great too! Would definitely eat here again when I'm around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to try out their hotpot with one of my colleagues who recommended me. It’s really worth the trip down to try though ?. Price is reasonable with the 2 different soup bases - tonic chicken soup and signature collagens chicken soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and lots of it. Good service and a drinks buffet. The prices are very fair for the quantity and quality. My only negative is the tables are small and groups of more than two or three will feel cramped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My all-time favourite hotpot place! Love the set meal that comes with veg platter.
Although through the yrs, the veg platter is shrinking but it's understandable with inflation.
The restaurant always come up with value set meal promo to entise customers.
I personally recommend the tomato soup base and the collagen soup base.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should say that their soup quality has improved and am quite happy with the Mala soup today. However, after ordering some ala cart dishes, the total bill add up to $100 over which one can easily spend the same amount in Hai DI Lao with more exciting dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female staff (manager wearing green) is very hardworking. She was serving the food, wiping dishes dry, attending to walk in customers - all done with speed. She was also very observant - topped up both of our soup bases twice without us needing to ask her to do so.
The food & soup base are good and worth the price. We had the $9.90 set meal promo.
