โ โ โ โ โ Service is bad, in fact, the worst I ever encountered. Served by a female with an attitude and rude. There's this male staff, behaved like the boss, who could be and totally no patience in our enquiries. Bought my stuffs from elsewhere. No way you earning my $ which I bet you wouldn't need as well!

โ โ โ โ โ Found a tap with the best design and it fits my budget. Service was okay to me as they were not pushy. I took a long time to decide because another cheaper alternative was sold out.
The tap has been great for over 2 weeks.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought 2 wash basins from sim Siang Choon last month.
Both basin finishing were uneven causing the tap also to look slanted after installation.
My mistake for not checking it thoroughly and sending it back. And it was too late after I saw the slanted state after installation.
The display basin at the shop didnโt have any problem. So do be careful when u collect or receive your basin cos the manufacturer quality and quality control is extremely poor. Regretted buying the basins from them.

โ โ โ โ โ I was looking for an adjustable shower bar with bases which can be fixed with one nail each instead of two. I also wanted a nice looking one. The gentleman staff was very helpful. Excellent service. I got exactly what I needed, a stainless one.
Great selection of products.

โ โ โ โ โ Went twice to enquire on kitchen sink and was approached by helpful and friendly staff. Purchased a kitchen sink on my second visit. As the sink was too heavy for me to load into my vehicle, one of the staff, a lady (forgot to get her name) offered to help me carry to load in my car. Pleasant shopping experience with Sim Siang Choon!

โ โ โ โ โ When we renovated our place 20 years ago, Sim Siang Choon was the place to go. They had everything.
But their success has obviously gone to their heads.
Their staff are so incredibly rude it's a wonder they're still in business.
You fast get the impression that if you're not Chinese they don't want to serve you at all.
Today was the last time I tried to buy something there. Never again.
