When I was eventually being noticed, the reluctant assistant's attitude and advice were far too unprofessional. For a pillow which costs SGD200.00+, why should I buy it here?

She patiently explained every product technical specifications and gave her fair view while maintaining neutral. Simmon’s investment in her trainings have well paid off. Her post sale follow up were diligent, and went the extra mile in providing assurance e.g site lift dimension assessment. I’d highly recommend anyone to ease their mattress shopping experience with Joyce!

Flora Tian, Senior Retail Consultant was the only one in the shop then. She was very helpful, patient, polite & professional in answering all my queries & offering her suggestions too. She shared with me how I can save money as well with certain credit card promo & a particular airline frequent flyer promo. I decided to go ahead & bought a Backcare 4 King size mattress plus a bedframe. I came here today with no intention to buy yet, but just to do comparisons on 2 brands. But because of Flora, I went ahead to buy & skip the other famous brand. She makes the difference in my decision. Thank you Flora.
T	Twe Tty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Simmons Gallery yesterday to hunt for a new mattress to replace my current king size Simmons mattress and was attended by Flora Tien. I told her about my concern and also the problems of my current mattress. After much analysis, she introduced the one that matched my needs. My hubby and I were very satisfied with her recommendation, though we only tried on one mattress but was definitely sufficient. Her exceptional service has helped us in getting better deal of purchasing our mattress. She is very patience, knowledgable and her excellent customer service is also the reason why we decided to make the purchase immediately instead of going to other brands for comparison.

From the shop layout to the mattress offerings, they were not quite fulfilling my needs like the others were. Of course it depends on sales strategies, but personally I'm not sure if having the MBS project mattress at the entrance, actually helps... While many other shops showcase their most premium build at the entrance. The mindset after walking to the other shops in IMM, then walking in here, was "huh this is your most premium build?" Level 3 next to Sealy, near the escalators.

From listening to our requirements and highlighting what would suit our needs, and checking on lead times/delivery dates, we were impressed and happy with the excellent service standard. The fact that she was also well versed in Krisflyer perks also made a difference. She was also polite, patient, and not at all pushy. In fact, meeting her made us decide to not bother with any other brand and settle our purchases with her. Thanks, Teresa, for the great experience.

There was a delay in delivery due to COVID but Flora kept us updated regularly and tried her best to speed up the process for us, going the extra mile to call other customers to see if they could postpone their delivery for ours.
