Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the NEX outlet. Went to transfer the ownership of a homehub contract, it has been over a 1 month and the contract has not been properly transferred. wasted close to 2 hours queuing.

Starhub's offer of a Samsumg Tab S6 Lite promotional gift for new signups of their 2GB Fibre Broadband Service is taking a very longtime to be fulfilled. When contacted Starhub Customer Service is blaming Samsung for the delay. When contacted Samsung is blaming Starhub for the delay. I do not know whom to believe. Looks like the customer is the ball in the pingpong game between Starhub and Samsung.

This morning I came to this outlet for a service to exchange a device and encounter a service staff name call Jung wei and I find me with attitude problems before customers reason is I come here for solutions and not his problem instead of listening to my request he started telling me about how busy and long queue I am not here to listen to his grief I am here as Starhub customer..he fails to understand that and loss his levels of confident.please sent him for upskilling and training for customer orientations program..tks I can be contacted at 81516366 Mr.Lee Best Regards Lee

Not sure about the new waiting system. The person incharge had to walk to find the waiting customer according to serial numbers. They have done away with the number display system.

Went to NEX outlet in the morning to ask for help on WiFi problems. Already queued for a number and the person in charge of the queue number told us to just call the hotline with no other explanations and moved to the next person, ignoring us. Went back to ask him about other options as we already tried calling the hotline multiple times but nobody is ever available and he still ignored us.

You get a queue number but there’s no screen to tell you which number is being served, instead a staff comes around and holler your q number? but otherwise staff service is good, and I love the green wall at this Nex outlet.

Terrible service - call centre keeps asking to visit the store, the store keeps asking to call 1633… emails have standard response and seems like you are communicating with robots, not looking at the problem uniquely. Do not buy anything from StarHub

Service was prompt and Carietta was extremely patient and helpful. The new customer service experience is both refreshing and warm. Makes the customer feels valued. Great improvement.
