Jumping queue! Weird way of queuing makes people who come after goes first due to confusion. Other wise the food is good.

Tori Q in general (not particular to this outlet) is my go-to when I'm looking for decently priced source of protein (read: chicken thigh). This place has limited seating and small so I won't recommend staying here for long other than serving its purpose for a quick bite. It's near the escalator and SingTel if you are trying to find it in the mall.

Friendly speaking it is not worth to it...foods really so..so and some are not really nice.. If you buy simple 2 to 3 sticks which cost about $6...you felt quite ok but the more u get..OMG..not worth

My sons and wife like to eat. Note that chicken fillet not salty nor sweet and the meat balls seem to include some vegetables or something that kids might not like. The rest is just nice with little sweetness in taste. Price is reasonable. Recommend to go for extra rice and extra meat for 2 if u are not a big eater.

Good. Fast. Pleasant staff. Food is good. Not enough seating but can always pack and sit somewhere else.

Never ever had I tried such a dry version of the famous Tori-Q rice. Correct me if I'm wrong. The chicken balls are usually dipped with the sauces before topped together with the rice. Also not to mention, the rice is as dry as the paddy field. Such a disappointment. Please look into a standardised amount of sauce used in all branches before you disappointment any further customer. Thank you.

Honestly they are basic n best takeaway bento. Yakitori all skewered n nicely seasoned. Gosh queue was very long on a Saturday evening.

Food is nice but always long queue. The problem is with the counter, should put 2 counters to expedite the queue. Prices have gone up too. Isn't quail eggs suppose to have 4, they gave me 3! Counter should check both food quality and quantity before selling mah.
